Ruined my nails. Asked to take my nails off, she soaked them in acetone for 30+ minutes, then proceeded to pry them and parts of my actual nails off. Hurt really bad. She let me walk out with acrylic still on 80% of my nails. When I tried to ask for a refund, she refused and wouldn't give me her name.

worst nails i have ever gotten in my life. i showed them the picture and said i wanted pink french tip. he painted my whole nail the pink color that i wanted, so i told him he could just do white french tip instead. and it looks horrible !!!!!! now i'm expected to stay with these nails for lord knows how many weeks ????!! they are lucky i tipped at all, never going back. ugh

I was just there and spent a fortune on my hands and toes. Helen did the laziest job on my feet I have ever had. This place use to do quality work. This lady didn’t do anything but soak my feet in the chair and throw gel on my toes. Didn’t file didn’t do the scrub of the foot or callas and no lotion. She put on all thick no cuticle removal. I’m so upset. The man did my nails a funky shape didn’t wait to see what I wanted and had to macgiver it. He put the nail tips so high I can’t get a fill. I’m so upset at the lousy job they did .

I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for Thursday. I asked for 1230pm. They asked me for 12pm noon. I said okay. I arrived early and the sign said that they would be back at noon. I waited till 1215pm and nobody showed up. I'm extremely disappointed. I wanted to go to this place alot because it's right next to the college. I have a class schedule so my appointment times are important. I feel so disrespected.

Got my eyebrows done and the lady was very rude and very rough during the whole thing. She used this wooden stick to put the hot wax on and she pressed way too hard on my face it hurt! And she rushed through the whole thing and missed so many spots. Definitely won't be coming back, very disappointed.

Super dirty. Floors are dirty, chairs are falling apart. Everything looks gross. I went in for a quick mani and am disappointed I stayed. She put my hands in cold water to soak that I feel like was from the person before me. Terrible job cutting and filing my nails and didn't clean up the dark color around the nails after they were painted. I will never go back there. So gross.

What a waste of my hard earned money! My manicure left much to be left desired. I go in because my cuticles need trimming. Since she's the only employee there, she's rushed through the other clients and me. As you can see from the pictures, I still have cuticle on my nails. Just not worth it.

Yikes almost ran out of here without finishing. Probably excellent for gels not for regular mani pedi. Spent seconds filing, left everything too long, zero attention to cuticles. Hands never soaked, no moisturizer. Shockingly worst experience ever.

At 10, I called multiple times to make an appointment with no answer. So I figured I would drive over. When their hours state they open at 10 online and on their window, there was not a soul to be seen at 10:30. No note on the door or anything. It's just bad business to not be open when you're supposed to be. I wasted my time and gas money trying to go.

I love this place. You can go next door, grab a Starbucks, then come get your nails done in a beach vibe setting. This is a 100% repeat.
