Sad. I have come here multiple times and people know to give me gift certificates. We came her for gel manicures and pedicures and the manicures were completely off by Tueaday ... did not last 5 days! Sadly I will likely not return because our manicures have been like this the last 2 times. Pedicures are great! Will be going elsewhere unfortunately ately. $120 should last longer than 5 days.

This is a decent place for nails, the work varies in quality but I was lucky to go on a slow day so my nails turned out good. I've definitely been to better but they are a great place to go for a walk in appointments.

My friend and I got our nails done on July 25th. It was pretty dead when we got there and we were asked to pick our color right away. 1 minute into picking our color they kept asking rep if we were ready yet and that we can pick later. So i sat down and the man started on my nails while my friend sat next to me waiting for her nails to be done. Meanwhile, 4 employees are sitting in the chairs eating snacks and watching tv. One of the employees even fell asleep in the chair and had to be woken up by co worker. Both of our nails turned out alright and price was fair but if you had customers waiting to give you their buisness, not sure if sitting around and falling asleep is the appropriate thing to do.

It was nice and the lady that did my toes Who was like so rough when she was nail filing my toes it literally was so hard. I was literally about to break out tears spilled nail polish all across my foot and they’re still blue nail polish on my foot.

I asked for a basic $27 pedicure, and was told it would be $8 more "remove the old color." I questioned it a couple of times, but was told that's what it was. At the end, I used a language translator to question why that $8 upcharge isn't listed on the menu. That's when they clarified the $8 was for CALLUS removal. I explained I never asked for that, but she was already done. She spent a total of 20 min on my feet, and it was a very disappointing, mediocre pedicure for $35. I felt like the upgrade was sneaky and dishonest. Never going back.

I really wish they would have told me they didn’t have certain basic items available/ requirements before having my grandma and I sit down and put our feet in the water. Such a small thing like the essential oil soak, that comes with the basic pedicure, were not available. I asked what else they use if they don’t have the essential oil soak and they said I can upgrade or use nothing but water. They also said my nails were too short for French tip then said it wouldn’t look good when I insisted. So I got my feet put in semi warm water and was told this color would look better than what I wanted.

Jessica nails on Victoria is absolutely amazing! They do beautiful work! They pay attention to your specific needs and they are very polite and always professional. I highly recommend.

This place is great! I had a hard time finding a place I liked when I moved to Ventura area. They a super nice, reasonably priced and clean.

Everyone here is very nice! I have been very happy with my gel acrylic manicure and it lasted me 3 weeks without lifting up. Also it’s cheaper than it would to go to a nail tech. Overall I would totally recommend.

Jenny did a beautiful job with my nails. They got me right in and gave me a brand new set of nails and pedi all in about 90 minutes. She gave me a lovely Christmas design too. Very happy. They use sterilized implements also.

Decided to try somewhere different from our usual. Bad idea on our part. Called and made appointments. When we arrived my wife picked which color she wanted and then we sat down for our pedicures. It took 36 minutes for someone to arrive at my chair. The water had gotten cold by then. The lady I got was good. Wish I could remember her name. The gentleman my wife got was the phone person for the day apparently and answered the phone 8 times during my wife's pedicure. He also got up multiple times to talk to other customers. When we were getting ready to leave a young lady who had been getting a pedicure and then switched to manicure had her nails grinded down from the previous color. They were her natural nails and very long. The woman she spoke to said that a specific person was going to do her nails and that person left for the day. She only wanted her because she was the one who could do design she wanted. The lady promised her she would be available. When it came time for it she had left and the customer stated that she requested her previously and she said she would do it. She was now saying you mis heard me and that she said someone else was going to do it. Both the customer and the friend with the customer heard her agree to the original lady but the worker kept saying no. The customer was very polite the whole interaction but the worker was almost yelling at her about it. Will not be going back. I had hoped the reviews from a year plus ago were just old and didn't represent the current staff but they were right.

I have been to this place many times, but it’s too hit-or-miss recently, & I will not be returning.
I have had lovely manicures here, but recently everything feels rushed and messy. My last dip polish lasted *3 days* before it started cracking and chipping off. I questioned the nail tech multiple times, but she said everything would look fine. It did not.
Not worth the money or frustration. Find another better shop if you can.

Took my elderly mother in for a mani/pedi. Not only did they do a horrible job on our nails/toes all 4 people we dealt with were so RUDE! We will never return and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Huge waste of money! Just FYI I never do reviews but this place was beyond deserving.
