Went in today with my mom on Mother’s Day to look at some rings for her and the lady helping had the most nastiest attitude. My mom needed a size 10 for her rings and she said any can be resized but somehow the rings she wanted to look at were ONLY size 7. I thought all can be resized though? She made a slick comment “Shopping on Mother’s Day great” and rolled her eyes. I asked her “Are you okay? Do you enjoy your job?”. Clearly she does not. Then continued to act like we were holding her up and tried to rush us and make us uncomfortable by pretending to look at a watch on her wrist. Asked for the manager at customer service and he said “I’ll tell the store manager” no empathy and just nasty attitudes in this JCPenney.

Disappointed they sell clothing for teens but their sizing is that as if for a Barbie doll. Surely made my teen feel self conscious and she is of 5'5" and 130lbs. You need to cater to ALL teen body types.

I had not been inside the JC Penney store in a while and today I decided to stop and see if I could find any good deals. They actually had so many good deals I was impressed. The quality of the clothes for the most part is really good for the prices! Service was ok, not really friendly but at least not rude. They have something for the whole family here. My daughter loved all the Disney stuff they had there! Next time I'm looking to buy something I'll check here first!

Been a customer for 25 years, and customer service is absolutely gets worse and worse ever year. Jewelry department worker was the worst I've ever Encounter!!!! She should be fired!!!
