I was told by other stores that material was available at this branch that was not available elsewhere. I called this store to confirm, and the worker told me it was available and I would have to come in to my local branch and pay for them. Not a problem so I rushed over to reserve them with payment and was told at that point that they were "reserved" for another customer. Not cool. Get your crap together.
