I stopped in to get a new battery for my Toyota hilander. Well it turns out my cable was rotted. Richard and his guys worked thru lunch to fix the rotted cable. I had an amazingly good battery exchange/buying service today at Interstate Batteries in Ventura. I will skip the details, but say that I feel I had a really good exchange of batteries that may or may not have been defective due to my fault or manufacture we don’t know. I feel I got a very reasonable price on the new battery of the two I brought back. Most importantly was the knowledge of the staff, and how well they shared it pointing out options, pointing out how to manage taking care of things. I cannot say enough good about this business.

Julio, Jerry and Manuel are the best. Was having a few issues with my car not starting and I went to the shop. They were able to give a good deal on a new battery and installed it as well ?.
