I can't rave about this place enough. I am in love and now have a permanent home away from home. I will be coming often. I've never had a "staycation" type vacation before. I'm very much adventurer explorer and doer. We parked the car checked in and walked to the restaurants on the street close by and never moved the car. We had the best, most relaxing time with beautiful views, sounds of the waves all night. Left the sliding door open and turned on the fireplace. It was perfect. Can't wait to return.
Rooms: Cute Victorian old school feels. Stunning.
Safety: So peaceful and quiet. Lots of lifeguards patrolling.
Walkability: Everything you need is close by, restaurants, store, starbucks!
Food & drinks: Social tap was top notch. Duke's was good, pierpont tacos was hit and miss.
Noteworthy details: Go out and watch the sunset

Balcony was awesome. We were right on the beach. Nice has fire place. Room was dated. Staff were very friendly. Price was great. I would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday in September, the first time in summer, and it was awful. The was not air conditioner, just a fan and wasn't a good one, we left the balcony door open, but no, even the ocean's breeze made it better. The lock on the balcony door was broken, the floor was dirty, and the room smelled filthy. Even though we suffered during our stay, the location was excellent.Safety: No locks on the balcony door

Our room was at the end of the hall on the first floor providing a great ocean breeze via the extra window (since our sliding door was missing its screen). The ocean views were limited by the barriers/plexiglass on the bottom floor. There were plenty of issues with our room/bathroom, somewhat expected based on other reviews. With a bit of a rehab, ( it needs repairs and brightening up from the dark heavy furniture), this Inn could be really lovely. Things we liked? Location, the fireplace, the comfy beds, table & 2 chairs outside the slider, the helpful staff.Rooms: The big heavy furniture takes over the space. The TV. is tiny and difficult to operate. Bathroom sink faucet/fixtures were barely operable. The beds were comfortable, fireplace worked.Walkability: The oceanfront location is ideal. Some restaurants/bars within walking distance makes it very convenient. Otherwise, several places via a short car ride away.Food & drinks: There is a limited continental type breakfast available.Noteworthy details: We were able to book for one night.

Location location location. Inn On the beach is just what it claims to be. No mess no fuss just simple. We are staying for the second time and we usually are always looking for the new best thing..... I think we found it!

Love this Inn! The Inn is in a perfect location. There are restaurants near by, no need to use your car.
