Waste of time and money. I've never owed on my taxes, but H & R charged me $300 to file and said I owed thousands of $, and they didnt even ask about my usual credits. I paid the IRS, and now I'm getting a confusing array of checks and bills from the IRS. My taxes are all F'd up!!

Penny is professional, kind, and got my taxes done quickly and efficiently without make me feel rushed. She answered all my questions and the entire appointment was like visiting an old friend. I will definitely be using H&R Block again next year!.

I used their Online portal to submit all my Tax documents. My tax professional got it done with minimal questions and maximized my return! I used one of the 'free' online tools last year (TaxAct/TurboTax) and i struggled to figure out how to input all the numbers. This made it so much easier and can be done on your schedule! Didnt even have to walk into a store location! I think ill be using this method from now on.
