Talk about customer service...we were looking for salt cartridges and the owner arranged for a special delivery in one day to get it to us so we could balance the spa before we left on vacation. They made my day/month...thank you!

Although we had to wait quite awhile for our Pace spa, the fault was with Covid not the store. Our contact with Xavier was pleasant and the guys who delivered and setup our spa were top notch.
