I purchase the automated dog door in November 2022. I love this door. I have it plugged into a smart outlet and we can control it by the app. If it’s raining I can lock the door. I had called customer service to order a replace plastic door because it got scratched up on something inside and no questions asked they are shipping me the new door the same day at no cost. I have dealt with the company for over a year and think their customer service and their product is the best. Thank you

I love my WiFi Power Pet Door! My fur babies love the freedom to come and go as they please and I love that don't have to wake up in the middle of the night for their potty breaks.Before I committed to buying the door I called customer service a few times and spoke with Heather and Brian they were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Heather also gave me her direct email should I have any other questions I could reach her directly.Great customer service!!!

I called 3 times today(10:15, 12:25, and 2 pm) 7-17-23, NO ANSWER. Answering machine said, Leave a message" I did leave my phone number. No response from High TecI hesitate to order from a company who doesn't answer their ownphone !!!!!!

Pathetic customer service.... They FINALLY responded to my PM and asked me for my contact number and email but then didnt call me or email me! WTF do you think I would buy your product when you cant even contact me to answer some basic questions about YOUR products! WOW! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them!

Ordered batteries forthe collar for our pet door. Batteries only last a month at best. Paid for over night at $32.00 for $30.00 worrth of batteries so my dog can go out to go to the bathroom while I am at work. Never came like promised. Called the HOT LINE. On hold waiting for real person for almost 11 minutes and got a recording. Left message. No return call. Called back and same thing 4 times. Never a return call or live person on the line. Their web site brags abou fake customer service. DON"T believe it. I hope they send someone to clean up the dog poop in my house. HORRIBLE..... Don't buy anything from these guys.

Once you have one of these doors, you won't ever want to live without it (and either will your pet). We got our first years ago and bought another for our outside office and both doors are still going strong. We've had to replace a few parts over that time but it's always been straightforward and easy. Their customer service is great. I've called and also gone to their place of business, as I'm not too far, and everyone is so nice. I highly recommend their pet doors!

Heather, the customer service manager, told me it was best I return my WIFI pet door because it is only meant to be operated by the electronic collars, not the apps remote controller when outside of the home, even though the website advertises controlling from "anywhere". Heather became argumentative with me and was upset that I was mad my $800 dog door does not function as advertised. I had to leave work early each day this week to go and let my dogs out, instead of using the fancy new $800 WIFI dog door I purchased to avoid this. She offered no apology and instead says, “Its best you return the door since you are not happy with it, I'll email a return label." Click, hangs up on me, not giving me any chance to respond. I called back and got another CSR, explained my situation and this person was also unhelpful, rude and lacking empathy, they suggested I return the door as well. I asked to speak with their supervisor and was routed back to Heather, who again, argued with me and defended their position on why they ended our phone call. I finally accepted the prepaid return label because who wouldn't at that point?? Additionally, I purchased 2 MS5 collars with the door because we have 3 dogs. I was supposed to get 3 MS5 collars and instead got 2 MS5 and one MS4. I am still waiting on a response from the owner, who Heather stated their name is Nick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Great products and amazing customer service!I installed the PX-2 with Wall Tunnel in 2018. I've got a very active Pitbull who likes going in and out. September 2022 I replaced the drive motor and cable assembly. This morning the door wouldn't open, turns out the cable had snapped, I called customer service and was informed the part was still under warranty and it would be replaced at no charge and shipped same day. (I paid to have it overnighted)

We are coming up on our second anniversary with our armor flex door, and I couldn't be happier! This door has had the endurance for our fur baby's everyday high energy. We have a 40lb goldendoodle named Daisy and a 16 lb Shih Tzu. This door is perfect for them both. We recommend High Tech Pet products to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Regardless of the few low-star reviews, each time I have had an issue (only twice in 3 years with two large dogs and cold winters) the team has been able to resolve the issue completely and at little to no cost. I would recommend reaching out to them on FB, or giving them a call and talking to them if you have an issue. I use the Extra Large Armor Flex patio slider had it has given us much relief from having to open any doors, it does provide sufficient insulation/padding from the weather however you will need to pick some up and make it perfect. Don't cheap, outside elements are no joke. Shout out to the CSR team at FB, and B**** for taking the time to listen, and then help. This is an honest review and I recommend it. When the app stopped working due to a national emergency, they emailed me instructions that helped me reset it effortlessly from home in fewer than five minutes. Further, they mailed me a new collar after I dropped mine and had to duct tape it together. They have always been efficient, available, flexible, and enthusiastic to help. I appreciate them!

I have now ordered 3 electronic doors from this company. ALL 3 STOPPED WORKING! I have called and emailed several times with no response. Stay away from this company!
