Allot of the negative reviews are years ago and it seems like allot has changed since then!! We were greeted right away the moment we walked in! Everything was so mesmerizing,! I have been wanting to come here for two years now and finally made to time to drive out! We were not disappointed !!! So much fun things , from mermaids , to dragons , and fairy's! We loved it all !! Only complaint is I wish they had more of their renaissance style dresses out for kids and more options for men. Also prices are a bit high!

Bought my first Ren Faire corset here over 20 years ago - still love their clothing, friendly helpful staff. Always feel gorgeous in these clothes, whether at Faire or in real life.

I went into this store for the first time yesterday and it was so cute I had to come back today. A very nice girl helped find a bodice that fit me and gave me price estimates on the specific color I was looking for. She was very helpful and knowledgable. The prices are expensive but worth it when it comes to the quality and beauty of the pieces. Everything at this store is honestly one of a kind. I had an amazing experience here and I will definitely be coming back.

I purchased a dress from Hearts Delight this past weekend at the Bristol Renaissance Festival and it is amazingly comfortable and flattering! I was very pleased to find a vendor selling things in larger sizes while still retaining the cute style and quality of the dress. Highly recommend! (Posted for my partner who doesn't use FB!)

My teenager daughter and I visited the store a couple months ago.
The lady that worked there was so attentive and helpful. She gave us loads of information regarding clothes, historical tidbits and even were we may attend a renaissance fair! I'm taking my daughter to one in Irwindale later this month and we're beyond excite to return to purchase our costume. Thank you so much for your help! We look forward to getting 2 bodices and the shirts with the fluffy sleeves-Can't wait!

TERRIBLE experience. I called this store two days ago to ask a specific question. I wanted to know if they were going to be open today and until what time. The lady on the phone said they'd be open on the day I inquired about until 5. My husband and I RUSHED over here afterwork on the day in question. Mind you, gasoline is $5.69 a gallon and we are coming from 38 miles away, we arrive to the store being CLOSED! With Ren Faire days away, I was going to buy a costume and was prepared to spend $500. We were pretty disappointed and that led to being pretty pissed off. Unfortunately we have decided to not ever shop here again. We will take our money elsewhere and encourage others to do so, too.
