Just went to their shop yesterday at the fair saw a pretty cute dress and was told it was 175 a little steep for how simple it was but sure, went up to buy it saying “excuse me we’d like to buy this dress we were told it was 175 but just want to double check “ and the owner was extremely rude saying “idc what you were told it’s 275” she also kept trying to have us name drop who had told us the price like it was their fault (she did not put the price on or anywhere near the product. so we immediately took it off and put it back while walking around the fair we met other shop owners who had heard how rude this shop owner had bin with other costumers

I have purchased several outfits at the Sterling Renaissance Fest in Upstate NY. They have always been very kind and helpful. I bought items in person and later on line from the store in California. The quality is exceptional.

In reading some of the less positive reviews, I’m left wondering if I shopped at the same establishment? Over the past 10 years I have purchased items from Hearts Delight at the Florida Renaissance Festival and have always had very positive experiences. Today may have been the best display of customer service I’ve had ever, anywhere! Last year I purchased a bodice (price around $130). Great quality, absolutely loved it. Couldn’t wait to wear it this year. Fast forward to now…I’ve lost 30 pounds since I purchased said bodice and when I put it on this morning, it was big on me. I’m resigned myself to most likely purchasing a new one this year but wasn’t thrilled with spending $$ on top of last years purchase. On arrival at faire this morning I made my way directly to Hearts Delight, looked at options and then talked to the manager (wish I could remember his name! ) and was asking about maybe having my bodice altered. He made a call to ask about alterations but found it would be almost as much as buying a new bodice due to all the work. We continued chatting and I was talking about how I’d not had the chance to wear my current bodice before today and losing the weight , etc and he immediately said “wait, you haven’t worn it except to here this morning, I can exchange it!” You cannot imagine my surprise that instead of just say too bad, this guy exchanged my too big bodice for one that fits perfectly! I love my new bodice and the customer service just made me resolved to always buying from Hearts Delight! PS - clatter in the day brought my granddaughter in to pick out an outfit and brought my friend in who purchased a bodice for herself! Thank you Hearts Delight!

Rude staff, lady at register yelled at me for no reason. Purchased 4 items and the stuff fell apart the same day. Worst quality ever.

Found them at megacon Orlando and When asking about the pricing on the stuff on the rack, she told me it was around $300 for a corset and I told her that the price was fairly steep. Lady at register responded with utter rudeness and replied with “thanks for not wasting my time” as I put it back on the rack and walked away. This type of attitude is not the type of business I would want to support or recommend anybody I know to support.

Clothing is beautiful, but I had two negative interactions with staff at places as well as seeing a negative conversation between staff. I will update as I keep wearing the clothes but everytime I wear a dress made by them I think of how much I spent and how they could have been more kind and friendly.

Lady Haley at the Escondido Ren Faire was amazing. She made the whole experience comfortable and easy going. I'm not one for being touched by people but I was completely comfortable being helped by Lady Haley. The dress is gorgeous, the corset fits like a dream and they happily showed both my husband and myself how to put everything on. Will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Workers are nice and professional, but the owner is snappy, rude, and unprofessional. She ruins the shopping experience and makes you hate her!!! She is awful. Regardless of the day she's having, don't take it out on the shoppers!!!!

I have nothing but respect for this beautiful family run business. They are always so helpful and really care about their customers. Their prices are more then reasonable. If you would like Comfortable, quality garb this is the shop.

Do not shop here. I went to return something same day unused. They said no returns only exchanges, i found another shirt for half price that i wanted instead. They said the policy is on the receipt which i never got. I tore my bag apart on the floor of the stall at the bristol Renaissance faire to prove i didn't get a receipt. They still wouldn't give me my money back so they ripped me off for 60.00. I took it up with bristol with a complaint of how rude they are.

If you’re at the Georgia renaissance fair get your clothing from somewhere else. Quality is decent but are stalls with much better prices. $150 for a tunic is absolutely ridiculous.
