I am a novice about home improvement issues. I had questions about earthquake retrofit hardware as named on various estimates. Scott answered my call and couldn't have been more helpful. He was very patient, knowledgeable and not once made me feel that I was asking dumb questions (he wasn't condescending at all). Excellent representative at White Cap.

Rude employees!! They do more talking on there radios, and to the other employees and you just stand there waiting. Not one person ask if you need help and when you ask they snap back you'll need to wait. WTH
