I was at the Ventura Harbor Freight last week and the store manager was my cashier. He was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Always have had a great experience at this location.

I wander why this store does choose a good employee to respect the customers , i see guy working there he disrespect me and me crazy today even i didn't do anything wrong with him bad before, please respect the customers or hire good workers with you, that was kinda rude guy

Quality has improved a great deal. HF now offers good, better, and best quality ( LOL). Do not get me wrong, you can find some of the same old use it and lose it stuff still, but overall, it's better.
