I found a shirt I really wanted to buy, but it wasnt priced. I left it to be priced at the counter, but after an hour when I came back to see the price the employee said I have to come back the next day and I’m 99% sure they just want to keep the clothes to themselves to resell. Super dissapointed, coming from a tourist. 1 star

Kind of cool to see a Goodwill here. I was hoping to find a deal here but with all thrifting, it’s hit or miss some days
PRO:
- Really big store
- Some really upscale things here when I visited
- Great organization of clothing
- Excellently stocked
CON:
- On the busy side
- A bit pricey
- Not a ton of parking
SUMMARY:
This is a cool Goodwill it’s some hip stuff, indicative of the area I suppose. But a nice change from your run of the mill Goodwill stores, worth a visit

Goodwill‘s in general pricing has got out of control. But this was clearly the worst. It’s amazing you can go to the dollar store and buy some thing new but that same item will be at the Goodwill used and two dollars more. Multiple over priced items. Corporate really needs to get involved and go to all these Goodwill’s and figure out the pricing. People are struggling and why would they Pay for overpriced used stuff ridiculous.

Pretty spacious. They have plenty mirrors. Most are clothes. Only a small corner is life and kitchen stuff. The price and quality isn’t very attractive.

Two stars for the employees who are good at their jobs and cooperative with the flux of main Street traffic. Three negative stars for the laughable pricing in this store. They've gotten better at clearing out the junkier stock, but nothing is valued at what they're pricing it.

This store used to be one of my favorites in Ventura, but lately whoever is pricing their DONATED ITEMS (donated being the operative word) is often times pricing above the regular retail price. I refuse to buy anything there and will only shop second hand stores that are fair in their pricing of USED, DONATED ITEMS. I guess this is a good time to b**** about their continual request to round up a transaction too!

Still a decent selection, but prices are about 10-15% higher than you might expect, and the organization of the clothing is pretty sporadic.

I usually like going here (although morally I’m not sure this is the best choice of places to spend your money- look into them a bit if you’re curious)... Tonight I wanted to buy one thing. I knew what I wanted (simple black shirt), but they closed 5 minutes early and even though they didn’t lock the door, they said I couldn’t buy it. The guy at the register was super rude but the lady was sympathetic. Oh well. Another sign to not shop here lol ?♀️
