Ordering ostomy supplies is, painful. However, here at College Pharmacy, MISS NATALIE, the new kid on the block, is the best ! She, gets it! Upon her first month at College, I was pleasantly surprised that my complete order was exactly what I needed, and Natalie has never let me down. Perhaps it's the way she treats her patients with the best solutions, care and professionalism. I've needed ostomy supplies for 18 long years and had delt with numerous pharmacies, never satisfied and I've had my share of physical challenges,even changing onto different supplies and it was hard for others to follow me. But now i have Ms Natalie filling my orders and she pleasantly keeps up
with me. So, thankfully to have Natalie on my team. Thank you, Thank you, Ms Natalie.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brent for a few years now. He delivers to AlmaVia and he always shows professionalism with the med techs as well as myself. He always comes in with a great attitude and is very helpful and caring. Thanks for all you do!

So I’m new to this pharmacy and the service is great. Irene helped out my mother with her Spanish translation and we were able to get in and out in a jiffy. Finally they have a bilingual employee. The whole time she had a smile on her.

This pharmacy has a new pharmacy manager Lori Dibenedetto. And let me tell you the difference is night and day. In the short time she has been there she has improved the service and cut wait time immensely! I wasn’t quite sure when she took over that she hadn’t bitten off more than she could chew but to my delight, and with her caring attitude and hard work she has built a new team with a new culture and understanding of customer service. Excellent job everyone!

Brent Loya delivers to AlmaVia of Camarillo and he is always coming in with a smile. He communicates with our med techs and nurses to verify all prescriptions go to the correct department. He's very appreciated at AlamVia.

This is by far the WORST PHARMACY EVER, came to pick up a prescription that I was notified was ready and sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half , the girls 4 girls that were working there paid no attention to me sitting their for an hour for Ibuprofen ? How long does it take a licensed pharmacist to fill 1 bottle of ibuprofen, who ever is managing this place is doing good job of keeping their customers unhappy ! So if you want to wait an hour and half for your prescription this is the place to go college pharmacy you need to get people who actually know what they're doing , I was waiting an hour for my prescription while they continued to help other customers , the patient who has been sitting in your waiting room for an hour should be the one to get their prescriptions first . Very very unhappy with this so called "pharmacy" YALL clearly don't know how to assist customers especially on a timely matter .

Very poor customer service. As a healthcare professional, I would advise to take your business elsewhere. Not friendly, not helpful and do not seem to care......................I get the impression business is sooo good they really don't need yours..............
