These are some stand up guys that are very honest thank you Scott and Carlos, took my truck in and had issues with my automatic steps and I wanted to replace them, they tried to save me a bunch of money and trouble shoot them and see if it could be a easy fix, at the end of the day they needed to be replaced. They are stand up guys and aren’t out just to make a sale, they are there to have repeat customers and it shows. I love my new amp steps! I had a great experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This shop was sold to Crown Dodge and is no longer associated with Tiger Garcia. Crown Dodge lies, cheats, and steals. DO NOT TRUST CROWN DODGE. I would NEVER EVER have any more dealings with them after what happened when I traded in my car to buy a Jeep from them. CROWN DODGE IS DISHONEST AND HAS A LONG STANDING VERY POOR REPUTATION. I’m not exaggerating when I say they hire a bunch of liars and scammers and incompetent people.If this place were still owned by Tiger and Anne, I’d give them 6 stars. Tiger and Anne are fantastic. I couldn’t say enough about them. They did a fantastic job on my Jeep.But sadly, Crown Dodge bought Go Big and I will NEVER do business there again. NEVER. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I chose this shop solely based off of their amazing reviews online and they did not disappoint in the slightest. Annie, Tiger, and Carlos were all extremely helpful and professional, and Tiger's advice on the tires I wanted actually ended up saving me some money. They did a banger of a job on my '99 Ram 2500 and I will definitely be using them again for any and all truck modification needs.

Tiger and Go Big Trucks is definitely the place to go! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Although we couldn't completely sort my pinion angle issue they were very upfront and honest about what they were able to do. Tiger was truly empathetic that he couldn't make the truck perfect! He certainly did his best! I really appreciate it. I will certainly be back in the future! 5 stars all the way for customer service and professionalism!!

Tiger, Annie & the team are amazing! Really grateful to have had them add to my jeep! I was unsure what I wanted, but they completed my vision. Would highly recommend them!

I cannot express how pleased I am with Tiger and his crews work on my jeep! Immediately when I walked in I was welcomed by a friendly face, Annie! I will be quite honest, at the beginning of the process I was very nervous as I have hard time describing what I like. They took what little I gave them to work with and gave me the end product of beautiful wheels and tires with the perfect size lift. I am extremely grateful for great work! Highly recommended them to anyone looking to do the same.

The customer service and satisfaction is beyond excellent. I had great service 2 years ago when I had a lift installed and they surpassed that incredible experience with my most recent visit. Scott, Steve, Tiger and Annie should all be hosting a seminar on how to treat customers. I am a customer for life.

Not sure where to start, everyone here is super nice and helpful.Waited a long time to get in on an appointment, everything seemed to go great, they called me mid way through to let me know I had some other issues I should take care of while they are in there and I appreciate that. Changed the bill an addition I think $400 bucks no big deal had to be done.Got the truck back after parts were installed, having some weird turning issues with it, I live an hour away so to take off work and bring it down and find a ride back sure sucks and adds to the overall cost of the project. Anyways part didn't seem to fit correctly, I guess they installed it anyways and handed me back the truck??? after contacting manufacturer they state the part should fit. Brought truck back down for a 2nd try no luck. Now I have to pay for them to take it off, buy a new part and pay to put the new part back on.In my opinion, if a part doesn't fit.... don't install it and send me on my way... call me and let's get it taken care of right the first time.Now I'm out parts and labor x2, part manufacturer won't refund because they say the part fits and they have installer thousands of them.Who gets the short end of the stick? Me...After spending over $2500 just in labor you would think they would have done the customer a solid and swapped the wrong arm with the right one free of charge. Not asking for a lot here.Really thought I found my go to shop but I guess it's back to the drawing board.Started out super stoked and ended up not so happy about the whole experience.

Called these guys in the morning to get a squeaking noise checked out on my truck and get the suspension assessed and Steve gave me some pointers on what it could be. He had originally told me they were booked until October but was able to squeeze it in that same day and take a look. He worked his magic and the squeaking is now gone; as for the suspension I haven't had the chance to drive it after he worked on it but I'm sure he took care of the issue. Best part is, he had the truck ready that same day and he didn't even charge me! They will definitely be my shop when I need suspension upgrades or my shocks rebuilt. Steve and the team did an awesome job!

This definitely took some team work and a smidge of some patience to figure out what was needed & when a good time frame was to get my Jeep into their shop.Overall I gave Go Big Truck Performance a clapped out, wobbly, rusty, and worn out jeep. These guys put in more work than I think most shops would’ve, grinding, welding,cutting, and even in house fabricating for me. Tiger spoke with me as well as Steve on any problems or changes that occurred and were beyond respectful and delight about it.I would recommend anyone to this shop.Huge thanks to,Tiger, Scott, Steve, Annie, and the entire GB team!10/10Edit 8/11/22 after 1000+ miles on a complete rebuild this jeep JKU it is still doing absolutely amazing. Completely blew me out of the water on what these Jeeps can do with some goodies. Furthermore thanks again here is some before and after pictures.

Where do I start. Tiger n his team are professionals at what they do. I took my 2017 jeep rubicon for a lift kit and a few other accessories and couldn't be happier with the results. They pay attention to detail and are very knowledgeable at what they. They're straight forward and tell you what to add to your vehicle and what not to do to it. Thanks to everyone there. Wow, it's not often that I find a business that's run like mine, professional, with excellent work, and great customer service, and I found that at Go Big Truck Performance! I had originally found them on Yelp looking for someone to install a chip in my 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 diesel, and spoke to the owner Tiger. He explained all the options in detail, with no pressure, and sent me a bid for the installation whether I got the chip from them or bought my own. As it turned out, I am somewhat of a mechanic and ended up installing it myself, but I definitely would have had them install it had I not done it myself. However, I had them install suspension air bags on my Excursion because it was a bigger job than I wanted to do. They obviously have a good reputation because they had to schedule me weeks in advance. I had the air bags, which were the ones they had recommended, and I was quoted 3.5 hours labor, which was very reasonable. As expected, their work was excellent, and they were very courteous (as always), and professional. System worked great, but I didn't like where the filler valve was installed. But, it was installed there because of the location of my backup camera, and large fuel tank, are located in the spot where they usually place the filler valve. I ask them if they could move it, and they set up another appointment within a few days. It took them less than a half hour to move the filler valve to a better spot. All was done with courtesy, and no charge. I am so happy that I found Go Big Truck Performance because it's not often you find such a great business that really cares about their work, and customers! I am now thinking of installing an EGT gauge, which I had planned to do myself, but now will more than likely have them do it because I know it will be done right, and by honest people that care about their customers!
