Extremely poor customer service. Misled by an employee about an Xbox controller's wireless capability- he insisted there was a usb dongle and wouldn't let me ascertain that nor even hold the box. Found out it did not in less than two hours later and attempted to return it. Did not offer me store credit nor to even trade it in for a ps5 controller I could use.Left the controller there and I'm out 80 dollars. I've been a loyal customer well over a decade and treated like dirt. Do not support Gamestop.

Trash ass customer service . Nobody cares or even knows shit about what there doing . Get real employees who actually care about helping a customer. Customer is always right regardless of what your brain says .

This is an easy to find location right off of Main Road with plenty of parking. Staff was nice. They had some older Xbox with you and PS3 games here also a wall of Pokémon cards.

I just visited the Ventura Gateway Center GameStop to get joycons because of the drift I have on my current ones and I spoke to Kasia and Gabriel about my dissatisfaction with the previous controllers and they were so knowledgeable about everything and helped me get what I needed quickly, but also took some time to explain why a warrantee would be beneficial for me and also explained about the benefits of getting the yearly membership with GameStop, and I was sold. They were so sweet, kind, attentive, and personable which made my experience so much better. I've never had such a great experience going into a GameStop than today with Kasia and Gabriel there. They deserve a big raise!

Super bummed on this store. Bought a new used xboxs went home took a couple hours to download games and noticed no charge cable for remote. They said they forgot to give me one but could not give me another one unless I returned the console and swapped it out for a new one.

No one here to answer phones. Customer service is a 2 hour wait or more. Gamestop still has no update for me on orders that were paid for!!!I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM GAMESTOP!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ONLINE ORDERS! NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP!ORDERING FROM THEM IS RISKY, IT IS LIKE THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Bought a broken product new. Went to get a different copy. They didn't have a different copy of the game. So he offered me 18$ credit trade in on the new game. I think I'll be buying games through Amazon now unfortunately.
