Very happy to have worked with GW Surfaces and affiliates. Each person expertly took us through their piece of the process under the guidance of Ron. We appreciated the ability to choose our slabs once Gene measured our spaces and then to work with the fabricator in order to match up the veining to perfection from the counter to the backsplash. The fabricator was particularly kind and understanding as we worked our way through their process. Our counters are absolutely beautiful.

The owner of this business continues to miss the point of the review. You are a licensed contractor bound by the rules applicable to the CSLB, the CA regulatory agency, i.e. having licensed sales representatives, providing a Homeowner's written contract with written change orders as may be needed, limiting your customer deposit to 10% or $1K of the contract value and most of all providing quality workmanship on a job with as you state exceptional customer service. This did not occur on this project encounter. Seems unusual that after 47 years of being a high volume installer and operating in a large part of CA ... GW has managed to garner 9 reviews. Sad.

GW Surfaces has now supplied 3 corian counter tops for my 3 different kitchen remodels over a 15 year span. Their work is always really high quality, which is why I keep going back.This last experience gives you even more insight into their company. On installation day one of the pre-fabbed pieces wasn't right, so they took it back to the shop, and came out to re-install the next day. When I got a chance to really look at the piece, I wasn't thrilled. I waited a couple days to make sure about whether I wanted to pursue asking them to fix it. I called about 5 days later, and they responded immediately; validating my opinion that this one little corner wasn't great, and offering to fix it straight away. They were out the next day, pulled the counter top, took it to the shop, and reinstalled a couple hours later. And I'm thrilled.

These guys did an outstanding job from initial contact through completion of the job. My kitchen turned out amazing, and the countertops are major focal point, so getting it done right was crucial. Very happy with the results, would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Jerry and the crew were awesome, Finally was able to upgrade our kitchen after having off the shelf HD laminate countertops. Told the crew at GW Surfaces what style we were looking for and we found the slab that was within our budget that we wanted. From start to finish it was much quicker then we expected, Installers we great and very personable which made everything even more pleasant. Plus all the extra suggestion on which sink, color tile backsplash would look good etc. Finished product is awesome and really transformed our kitchen, thanks again and we'll be recommending you to all our friends!

I recently became a customer/client of GW Surfaces and couldn't have been more pleased! The hit all points that I look for in recommending them to others: Prices were fair and reasonable, quality and selection of products allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for, and their exceptional service and follow through were spot on! The office staff, sales team, and installers all were well informed and responsive. I ended up buying granite for a second home and bathroom from them!
