Been about a month and still waiting for my estimate, and thus so is my client. They used to be more efficient as they've done glass for my associate tile jobs, but now... AIM FULLER is a different story. "Call ahead to schedule an appointment to be in the office" kinda hours... I get it, but i got a business to run as well. Different management for sure.

I needed to replace a few windows on my old home and was not sure how to do this while still maintaining the architectural integrity. Sopheak was so much help! He helped my wife and I make very sensible decisions and we loved the outcome. The installation crew was respectful and maintained a clean workplace. Many thanks to Sopheak and the AimFuller Crew!

I've been going to Fuller Paints & Glass for years. I needed a sliding glass door part so I headed to Fuller's. To my surprise they have moved to a new location. According to a sign in their window they are now located at 5963 Olivas Park Dr. here in Ventura. I'm looking forward to checking out their new location.

Secondary to an unfortunate vandalism, we suffered a broken dual-pane bedroom window. Fuller Paint & Glass was quick to respond. They came to my home to take proper measurements and let me know they would need to order the window and it could take a week or two. Sure enough, within promised time, they came and replaced the window and installed a new screen. Price was very reasonable and all of the staff encountered were extremely friendly. A+

I needed one screen and did not want to pay a lot to get one. Had my handyman take measurements and staff at store Cambell helped walk me through everything, When I got screen back it did not fit I thought. I was unable to install it. Again Cambell and other staff came to my rescue. I highly recommend for any of your painting or screening needs or whatever else they do. Thank you to all including the owner.

I've been going here since 2007. I think it has a different manager now, and he was so pushy and dismissive, I wanted to ask him if all his days were like this. Hope he feels better tomorrow. If he doesn't, Ventura Glass is a few doors down....

We just moved into an old house and needed 2 glass shelves made to match the originals. They did the work incredibly quickly and the shelves match perfectly. It is impossible to tell theirs from those made nearly 100 years ago. Kevin is the person who helped me, and he was always available and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I was treated very poorly by the paint guy, told "go wait outside" while he mixed my paint. I will never go back. As much as I would like to support a local business like this I cannot not recommended this business.

I can't thank Rhonda enough for her outstanding customer service and overall helpfulness in all our business dealings. At a time when small businesses are so expensive & difficult to maintain - it is important to catch those who are doing things right and let other people know. This is a business that helped me with a remodel many years ago. I am grateful they are still around. As a consumer, it's hard to find people these days who even return phone calls. For this one project, it took a considerable amount of my time to find local help & resolve my material needs. While attempting to locate a local craftsmen shop with a human being to answer my questions and concerns, it became truly frustrating how often my calls were dismissed and /or sent to some company's big box brand website. I wish to support our local businesses & I highly recommend Rhonda and Fuller Paint & Glass for the excellent personal customer service provided.

I needed a screen replaced in a bedroom took the old screen down to fuller paint and glass so they have a perfect measurement waited a couple of weeks no phone call. I ended up going back down to the store and they said they had lost or thrown away the old screen so instead of sending someone out to measure the window properly they had me measure the window and when the screen was made it did not fit which turned into me taking the screen back three times waiting weeks and to get it done and finally I ended up with a screen that doesn't fit very well there's a gap in it and it falls out quite often but I was so tired of going back to try to get this handled I settled for what was the end product.
