They are never available. They lock you and dont inform you
If there bank system messes up they charge you. I dont advise using them. They are not reasonable and very unfriendly

I’ve been using fwy mini storage for my storing needs for years now , my mom uses them for all her stuff as well so it’s a family affair. The place is very clean and affordable compared to anywhere else I’ve used and looked in the past . The staff is really nice and helpful over the years and for that I’m grateful for them. I’ll most definitely be using them for more years to come ! Thank you !

Stopped in to rent a unit on June 22 ,2023. Helena was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Took me to see 2 units and then helped with paperwork.I was impressed by how clean the units and area was and the price is very affordable. Definitely recommend them if you need extra storage space.

I have used this storage on 2 separate times and both times enjoyed my experience. Staff is friendly and informative. I accidentally left my storage unlocked, but this place had protected me from losing my items. They locked it up until I was able to come in next. I would recommend this place.

This is very good storage facility with kind and very helpful staff. I feel very safe and secure with storing my belongings at freeway mini storage. Reasonable hours and secure and easy access for tenants. I've had a great experience so far!

This business is not where you want to rent storage. Its old and you coukd fall thru the floor upstairs. The staff are the rudest people to do business with and will discriminate against you for no reason and lock you out when your paid in full, evict you for no reason! Stay away from them. There are too many other choices for less money with friendly educated employee's!

ZERO STARS!! BEWARE OF RODENTS EVERYWHERE!!I stored here for 4 years and upon removal of property there were rodent dropping EVERYWHERE!! The guy inside the office just shrugged his shoulders and said "oh yeah the mice come in from the back field". Like it was normal!!!! Do not store here!!!!!!

If I could give a zero star rating I would actually I am giving them a minus 5. The girl who manages this location has no experience whatsoever. She's initially very polite but, once she's caught in an error she becomes very rude and disrespectful. Advice, do not patron this storage facility.
