The guys here don’t greet or ask if we need help. Walked around for 5 minutes then walked right out I had intent to buy but went to another place.

Bad customer service. We were walking around asked everyone else if they need help but we were there to buy stuff but I guess being on their phone was more important than helping a customer who was trying to buy something.

The manager is super rude, unfriendly, and intimidating when she approaches people. I go in and the minute I see her I catch her vibe and walk right out. This used to be one of my favorite go to's at the Ventura Mall but not anymore.
