Cute store with interesting and unique products. Local and well known craft brands available.Would have given 5 stars but, I got more attention from other customers than I did from the person working the store at the time.Cool inventory, not so cool customer service.

Vintage burgundy & white checkered flooring greet you at the door. With natural light beaming from the skylights from the exposed beams, the cacti, to the crystal selections-the earthy vibes here ground you. You will find an array of household, beauty, clothing , baby, and handmade local goods. They were pouring candles when I visited.Every item feels special and hand-picked to ensure craft & quality.Definitely make a visit. I picked up some Charlotte Stone shoes!! Great place to find a gift and maybe something for you too!

They have the best goods and you can tell they take a lot of time into curating amazing things, but consistently multiple people on staff are super rude and not friendly:( Not just neutral, like rude. Which is a bummer, makes it hard to support :(

My go to for unique and well made gifts! Not kidding, I come here for all of my friends birthdays, celebrations, etc & I love to treat myself here as well. Whitney does an outstanding job of curating a gorgeous store. It always feels lo bright and comfortable in this space and I always leave feeling inspired. If you are traveling through town YOU MUST STOP HERE! I also bring any visitors through this store because it displays so many local artists & makers. Can't say enough good things about this shop :)

I was really excited to show my sister this shop. Since the Findings Market Fair they had a few weekends ago, I was impressed by the women-owned retailers that sold to this shop. I definitely wanted to support.Unfortunately, as we came in this morning, the girls behind the counter were too busy putting away inventory they barely looked up to greet. We were there for almost 10min without any acknowledgement. The shop has lots of really interesting and attractive products. But we were turned off by the lack of customer service. So Instead of buying from the Findings Market we noted the brand names and decided to purchase straight from the brand websites. We would love to support this store but I see that I’m not the only one who has had this experience according to your Yelp reviews.

Had a very similar experience to Alena M today. Lifelong Ventura resident here, born and raised, Cougar alum, as local as it gets. I was super excited and ready to spend $$$ at this new spot that is totally my vibe. Beautiful store, but poor service. ZERO hello when we walked in, ZERO offers for help even when standing right next to an associate, ZERO acknowledgement whatsoever. There was only one other customer in the store at any given time, and two people working. Associates seemed too busy having a lively conversation with someone else who walked in after me while I was patiently and quietly waiting up front to pay. There's no way they didn't notice me standing there. I've worked in all levels of retail including upper management for well over a decade, so I consider myself an expert. Just a little smile or wave of "I'll be right with you" would really go a long way. Ended up leaving my stuff on the counter and walking S L O W L Y out the door... still nothing. I'll probably try again because I'm all about 2nd chances and I really wanted to love this place, but today's experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Bummer.

So glad I wandered by here on my mini vacation! Everything was small business oriented, unique, sustainable, simply my kind of place. Too bad my husband was with me and I couldn't walk out with the store :/ I got a dried flower bouquet which I've been searching for months, and when I get up to check out the girl tells me her friend makes them... seriously?! How perfect!!!! If I ever venture through this part of the coast I'll definitely stop by and indulge some more :)

THE best shop in downtown Ventura!! Lots of local, handmade goods. You can find something for everyone here. They even have a candle bar in there. Also, the best shop dog, Sage... Should be allowed 6 stars for that alone.

Findings Market almost doubles as a museum! The shop is very nicely curated, and I am glad to see the unique space on Oak Street (I've long since had an architectural crush on the exterior) occupied with this vibe. Since it opened, I've enjoyed popping in when on Christmas vacation in Ventura to see what's new. I was particularly glad to see items from locals and bought some birthday cards and earrings, both designed by Ventura artists. The owner was very nice and greeted me upon entry, but also gave me space to browse. Hand sanitizer was provided and of course entry only allowed with a mask. Whether you're looking to spend big or small, it's worth visiting as there's something for all tastes.
