Front bumper on sons car was loose. Not related to accident. Called Fender Mender based on their name. Answered phone quickly, offered quick next day appointment, finished job on time reattaching bumper bracket for very reasonable price. Total 2-3 days from call to pickup. So cool. Also, I had asked for estimate to repair a rust spot. They declined to do the work because it would cost too much and take much time. Appreciated the honesty.

Vic and his crew were extremely friendly, clear and quick with communication, gave detailed and transparent explanations on cost, and got me car back very quickly even considering it was the July 4th holiday weekend. Would highly recommend and will refer friends and family for sure.

Recently, I was driving my 2009 Nissan Versa on the freeway when a mattress flew out of a pickup truck and smashed into my car. It shattered my right front headlight assembly, and crushed the right front fender. It was a surprising amount of damage. Of course, the truck drove off. A friend recommended Fender Mender. He had several occasions to use them and said they did really good work. I called and spoke to Vic, who explained the whole process in terms of insurance, estimates, claims etc. He was really patient and answered all my questions. I brought my car in to Vic and he started his evaluation. He walked me through the damage and shared what we could expect in terms of cost. Since this business wasn't on my insurance company's list, I had to use a link to send the adjuster photos of the car so that they could work up an estimate. Vic guided me through all the steps, and I was finished in no time. He worked with my insurance company, modified their estimate slightly for hidden damage, and they came to an agreement. During the time my car was in their shop, I would receive updates from Vic about the progress and details. When my Versa was ready I was absolutely thrilled. I couldn't believe it! They were able to match the paint on a 14 year old car perfectly. I honestly cannot see a difference between the fender and the passenger door. The car was washed and cleaned, and looked amazing. My whole experience with Fender Mender was just wonderful. Vic is such a nice guy, and really knows what he's doing. He made the process as painless as it could be. Thanks to everyone at Fender Mender who made my little Versa as good as new!

I reached out to Fender Menders after reading some positive reviews here on Yelp. I met with Vic to whom I explained that my brother had borrowed my car and had hit a pole damaging my front right fender. Later before getting the car in to be repaired I hit a coyote while driving out to Ojai. Vic assessed the damage and gave me a very fair price for fixing the damage. He knew I was paying out of pocket and he worked with me to fix which was fixable, whereas the other repair shops that I went to just wanted to order everything new, costing quite a bit more. I just received the car back and could not be happier. The work is quality, the price was fair, and the car looks like new again. Thanks Vic for such a great job!
