I have been with Farmers Insurance for the past six years. I have two homes and multiple cars and drivers insured with Farmers.You never know how good your insurance company is until you need them. In 2011 my daughter had a car accident and the car was totaled. When we called to report the accident the first thing that was asked was, “is your daughter ok?” This year another daughter and another claim all handled with care and professionalism.Staff, Shawna and Nancy are the best. They are fast, friendly, and professional and always have your best interest at heart. I am very satisfied with the price quotes given and the high quality service that they provided.

I have been insured by Stafford Robertson for 25 years...I would NOT switch regardless of "how much I'd save" with ...been there , done that!I have had several "experiences" with other agencies and companies that "threw me to the wolves", or "under the bus"!!!I have lived in Ventura for nearly 30 years and Stafford and his efficient office staff have ALWAYS given me great advice, prompt and friendly service, always treating me like they really care! I believe that they DO!You could not PAY me to switch...they are the best and many of my friends whom I have referred agree: Service is most important!!!

Excellent business. I have had my home insurance with Stafford for several years. Their office staff is friendly and conscientious, and they as a business have always been helpful and flexible. I have never needed to make a claim, but have confidence it would be a smooth process.

I have had excellent help and service from Staff and Shawna. Having moved to the US from the UK only a few years ago I needed to sort out car, motorcycle and home insurance, and I had no track record in this country. Everything was dealt with very efficiently, and the required cover put in place.A great insurance agent really proves their value though, when there's a claim to be made. One of the cars was involved in an accident, and incurred substantial damage. Repair of the damage, and payment for the repairs, was all handled very professionally with minimum involvement from me, and the car was back on the road within a very short period of time.I feel very safe and secure in their hands, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Been working with Staff and his office for years. I wouldn't have it any other way. Nothing like doing business with people you know and trust. Whenever I call, I get a person, and have never been put on hold. Great personal service. And now my kids have thier insurance with Staff. Carrying on a family tradition. ;-)
