Everyone did a terrific job and helping me get a new car. Terrence, the salesman and his supervisor. James were just the best!! They followed up on every aspect of the deal, and they made some thing which is normally not a pleasant experiences a very good experience. Cannot say enough good things about them. If you have any interest in getting a new car, Enterprise is the way to go. If you happen to live anywhere close to Ventura, are you sure to lock them up.

My sons truck was stolen and so we we needed a vehicle. Andrew Staub and his team were so wonderful. Other dealerships we previously went to we not helpful at all. I highly recommend this place if you need a used car. The vehicles are newer and in great shape. They will find you the best deal. Thank you Andy so much for helping us!

ME AND MY WIFE HAVE TRUST ISSUES WITH CAR SALES AGENT. WE URGENTLY NEEDED A 2ND USED CAR AND “MARCELINA”(MARCY) WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED AND WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL. THE MANAGER WAS RESPECTFUL EVEN IF WE REFUSED ANY AFTER-SALE OFFERS. “MARCY” WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD, AND DID NOT WASTE OUR TIME LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT CAR. good deals sale deals. at least for me they did not do a oil change & it was very low and pitch black. i had to get an oil change 3 weeks after purchase i which i hope for refund . I emailed & called about the situation for a simple pocket change refund. . .
NEVER HERD BACK. I get it its just business .

EXCELLENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!! Got a fair price and awesome service terms on a very nice used vehicle. Staff were relaxed, genuinely friendly, and very responsive to my concerns....a refreshing change from the insincere, high pressure runaround you get from regular car dealerships.
Even when I changed my mind a couple of times, and wanted to switch to another vehicle, Terrence and Orlando were very patient, accommodating, and professional. Throughout the process, they never made me feel like a troublesome customer. Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Couldn't recommend this sales group any higher. Buy your next used car from Enterprise. You won't be sorry!

We cannot be more appreciative of Marcelina and her assistance while seeking a replacement for a beloved 2008 vehicle whose time had come. We had requirements - right down to maximum length. I recently bought an F250 from these guys. Soon after, my family and I realised there was a bad gasoline odor coming from inside the cab that progressively got worse. I immediately notified the manager James, and he was able to get me the same exact car to replace my existing one the following day. Glad to say I am headed there today to swap vehicles. The customer service here is great. I will be buying cars from them in the future.

Best car sales experience I have ever had. Saw a truck listed on website that was located in San Diego. Salesman Andy S. relocated the car up to Ventura in less than 2 days. Andy had the test drive and sale completed in less than 40 minutes. Flawless experience. It was so fast that it was faster than my wife shopping at the grocery store down the street. Enterprise does an excellent job maintaining cars for sales. Sale included a 12 month/12 mile limited warranty which is great when buying a used car. Highly recommend Enterprise for first choice in buying used vehicles. Thank you Andy and Enterprise keep up the good work and will see you at my next purchase.
