“My HP wide-format (takes up to tabloid size paper) printer failed to position the printhead so I could replace cartridges. I brought it to Express Business Machines and Gregg quickly diagnosed it. Only problem was that HP no longer offered the part it needed. That didn't stop Gregg; he went online and located the needed part. However it was in China and wouldn't/couldn't be shipped to the U.S. I decided it was time to replace the printer. When I asked Gregg what I owed for his efforts, he said, "No charge." You can be sure that whenever I need printer repair in the future, I will be headed to EBM.”
“I stopped in because something was stuck in the connection of where my iPad charger hooked up. I was helped by Frank who explained that it would take about 15 to 20 minutes to clean it out and it would be $45. I gave him the go ahead and went and waited in my car for 20 minutes. when I came back in, it was fixed. Good service at a fair price!”
