Friendly and professional. I’m quite particular about my Scion and greatly appreciate the care this group provided to my car and to me. Prompt and overly courteous, and this was on a Monday morning! Really great service. I went to two other shops before coming here, and both shops tried to upsell me $$$ in maintenance that I did not need. These gentlemen were straightforward, no bs, and saved me both time and money. I will be going here again, and you should too if you want honest service.

At other service centers in the past, I've felt that unnecessary services were recommended and they were trying to take advantage. My husband found these guys and recommended them to me. Their inspection report gives me confidence that when work is recommended, it's really needed. For their 5,000 mile service, they do everything my past service center did, but for $25 cheaper, without the annoying "up selling" me on unnecessary services. The Service Reps are friendly & helpful. It's obvious that they enjoy helping their customers. Meineke saves me money & keeps my 2005 Prius humming.
