We decided to convert our attached garage into an ADU (attached dwelling unit) at the end of Covid. We decided to work with David Sandoval because of his accurate (though high) cost estimates. We liked his honesty as well as his team's professionalism. He is Ventura local and is very familiar with local zoning practices, architects, material sourcing, etc. We now have a full bathroom w/ tiled shower, storage, bedroom area, and living/kitchenette area. We are very happy with our new rentable studio apartment!
