The men were EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!! I witnessed two of them at the check in line be rude to an elder veteran!!!! They Had no patience with him having a hard time hearing and they were even annoyed with the veteran not being able to follow directions on what to do, due to the veteran having a hard time hearing!!!!!!!!they certainly had no problem showing it!!!!!So shameful! DMV experience there is always terrible!!!!!!! Rudeness is the main concern there!!!!!!!! I came back again because I forgot a form so the lady by the name of Mary Arellano who attended me the second time IS THE ONLY reason why I gave a 4 star rating TODAY!!!! Otherwise I’d give a ——-00000000!!!!!!! She actually was kind when greeting me , and went out of her way to help me in completing my task even went as far as suggesting to fill out a extra form in case they wouldn’t except the one I turned in!!!!she helped me fill it out as well to make sure the form was filled out right. Most of the time staff will ask you to go back to fill out forms then wait till you’re done , meaning get out of their way you’re bugging them. But Mary was very helpful and patient!!!! Great customer service. I highly suggest a raise or some kind of acknowledgement in her good work!!!! she should help in educating the rest of the staff with better customer service!!!!! I hope these reviews are read and are helpful in future services. 4 -5 stars to Mary Arellano!!!!!!

I did like how efficient and fast the people who helped me were but they were a bit condescending when I asked normal questions especially the lady who helped me initially and the man who took my photo . Like I should know that “ph”stands for photo.

The men were really RUDE workers here. I did have a nice lady at the initial window but a rude man at the test line. Why? You're so lucky to have a job. If you don't want it, let someone else do it & find another job that will make you happy. Remember you're a state employee, you work for us, the people of CA.

Show up before 9a.m. and get the best service imaginable. Just tell yourself their hours are 8a.m. to 9a.m. If you go later than that you kind of deserve to wait around all day.

Of the 6 people we shuttled back and forth to today, as we tried to get a Real ID for my daughter, 5 of them were completely rude. They were totally condescending, and expected us to already know their procedures and where to go. With the exception of the woman who actually helped us with paperwork, the rest get a zero for basic customer service. Super condescending. I get that they probably hate their jobs, but don't take it out on us. Terrible, really stressful experience.

Terrible, stressful experience. 5 of the 6 people we dealt with were really rude. I will avoid going there as much as posdible in the future.

Quickest DMV visit I've ever had. Went in to renew/apply for the Real ID. I did the application online first before coming. I made an appointment and showed up 15min early. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Lady at the first window was super nice. Honestly the most pleasant experience I had at any DMV. I'm only giving this a 4-star because I only visited once so I don't know if maybe I was just lucky.

I was unable to make an appointment because I had an unusual task to complete and it was not an option on the website. But when I arrived to my surprise it was only a small amount of people there and I got through without an appointment pretty quickly.
