I went to pick up pictures and the cashier was exceptionally rude when asking about the order to find it. I said it was about the size of an average piece of paper to print out a document and she just looked at me with a rude look on her face. I said it was 8.5 by 11 and she just shrugged at me and turned around. Janice I hope you have the day you deserve.

I’d give 0 if I could! The pharmacist (Asian lady, don’t know her name) is completely rude and condescending. I am a nurse (not like that matters, she should treat everyone with respect) and know how stuff works. She accused me of picking up a prescription for my daughter that I NEVER picked up (I picked up a different one that day for my daughter) so I had to get in contact with her neurologist at children’s hospital to put in a new prescription so my daughter could get her epilepsy medication! That if she misses, she will have a seizure! This pharmacist HUNG UP ON ME!! She needs to be fired and find a job where she doesn’t work with people or have to deal with them to get medication to live! I’ve never left a review in my life but the way she was, I feel I need too!

This was the best day ever for saving money and coupons made it fantastic!! ? The best part was after returning one item. The other item was free, and because of all the coupons that made it extra special for a great Hanukkah. And Christmas present to myself☪️??

The pharmacy at 5900 Telegraph Rd. CVS is the worst customer service I've seen in all of Ventura County.The pharmacy clerk as well as the leader ship. Pharmacy management is obviously overworked and understaffed. I came to them today with a discrepancy in a prescription from a doctor, after consulting with anthem Blue Cross, the issue was reviewed that the pharmacy was under issuing the asthma medication causing the insurance coverage to not cover the Rx. In a respectful attempt to explain this to the clerk I was instructed that the pharmacy wouldn't research the issue. I informed the clerk that "I would potentially be leaving their service and going to a different pharmacy if they weren't willing to work out the lapse".The clerk informed me, "I'm okay with that". I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager upon her response. The clerk put me on hold for 15 min and then came back on the line to inform me that she reviewed my file and that the last dr had sent in an RX for a short supply and that was all that they could do. I explained that Anthem had stated that they were only covering the 90 supply and that I still needed to speak with the manager. I was informed by this clerk further that the manager was administering a vaccine and couldn't speak at that time.As she told me this I was parking my vehicle in the parking lot. I walked in to the store while I was on hold and past the empty vaccination stand. There we're no customers in line, no vaccination customers waiting in the 15 minute chair after vaccination. There was one person dropping off a script to the male technician. I watched the manager lift the phone and take me off hold and I informed her that I had walked into the store. She met me at the counter and continued to speak to me with the same distain that the clerk had shone just a few moments prior. I explained the problem that I was experiencing and that I had spoken with my insurance and found out that the problem was in the daily dose being issued by her pharmacy. Then I explained that the clerk was more that eager to let me walk away as a client instead of looking into the problem further. She said she was standing next to her and agreed also to let me walk away as a customer...That they were not going to try to solve the issues from the pharmacy perspective. I'm personally finished with this store. The work force is obviously under staffed and under a lot of pressure. The leadership is in no better condition. Their customer service is in a shambles and this is a recipe for mistakes. I would never trust an establishment that chooses to treat its clientele with such disrespect and disregard.

The Pharmacy is terrible. Under staffed, rude, no empathy for their customers, they are always behind, constantly getting orders wrong. Most recently my wife called to get a prescription filled, they previously filled the last prescription short and when my wife told them about their mistake the female pharmacist says rudely, well you should have counted them. Excuse me but isn't that the person whose operating the counters job. Try using it correctly, get trained on it properly. So she says she's going g to check the camera and call back. Yeah right like they're going to be able to see any mistakes made a month ago. So she says she checked the camera, which shedidn't. Then says theirs nothing she can do about i. Yes their is ....fix the problem, make it right. But no she rudely blamed it on my wife. I cant even begin to tell you how upset i am with you rude peopleNow my wife has to go without her very important medicine for another month because of your mistake. This is beyond terrible, its literally sickening..

Every time I come here they never get the info correct. Rather than figuring out what is taking place with theDoctors instructions they just send the prescribed medication back. Then you get there and they give you some excuse that it wont be ready till later that day. Forget the fact that you left work to pick it up and have to go back. And they rudely tell you I have a lot of other people/prescriptions to take care of. So what! Why are they more important customers than I am? I have to commend your two employees who worked in the Pharmacy this morning. 12/26@ approx 11:00 a.m. One was the pharmacist. They were slammed with customers (it’s flu and RSV season) in addition to Kaiser sending all their patients there for Rx. These two women were professional, moving like lightening and friendly.You can be proud to have them work there!

If I could give it zero stars I would, the pharmacy is a joke, never enough help.. never enough cashiers up front, the store is usually out of most items I need... Oh how I 'long' for the days of Longs Drug Store...

Front staff are nice and helpful. All merchandise prices are a bit high but a good deal if you get their coupons and join their club. Beware of the Pharmacy. They were incompetent and rude to me, late with prescriptions and made excuses (lied) about why they weren’t filling them. I took back all my prescriptions and went down the block to Vons where they immediately filled what I couldn’t get filled at CVS. I still shop at the store but won’t use their pharmacy. ?

First time I went to this CVS Pharmacy and won't go back. Went to the drop off and stood there for 15 min and never even got acknowledged. Not good customer service. The front checkout was great

I had to get a prescription filled, the experience could not have been worse. One person on register, a huge line, then the cashier couldn't help me, then they needed to process me again.... I was there nearly 45 minutes and I left without my prescription because I had an appointment which I then became late for. These people were understaffed, and did not apologize for the inconvenience of the wait. They are slow, and did not acknowledge how long it was to be waiting. They need more people on pick up for prescriptions, it was ridiculous. Now I have to go back tomorrow morning to get my prescription and I am not looking forward to it. I will probably be late to work and it's infuriating. A truly horrible experience.
