Unprofessional. Scam feelings like I get the text my medicine is ready for pickup and they haven't event started. Also what's up with them not filling prescriptions until you actually show your face at the counter? Every time I come they say oh give me 15 minutes we don't have either of your refills ready. But online or in my app it days ready for pickup.

Been to pharmacy twice. Luckily I have phenomenal health coverage, so don't know about prices. But first time went in late at night before closing for sudden, AWFUL tooth pain, I could barely talk. The female pharmacist, Indian, was SO kind. She didn't even tell me the aisle of where I could find a topical pain reliever, she just ASAP walked me to where everything was at and gave me a speedy breakdown of my options so that I could get my behind the relief I needed. Second time, a few weeks later, I ended up in the ER with pneumonia (fantastic). I was picking up a med, which was filled incredibly quickly. Then in the parking lot, my inhaler broke, and they were able to send a refill request to the ER and also had that filled right away. Both the pharmacist and the tech were very very very nice. I joked that per the last two reviews I was afraid to go in, and they laughed in a sort of "well, what can you do?" Anyway, maybe there's a Pharmacist Rachet on another shift, but my experiences were great

I've repeatedly said I do not want my prescriptions auto-filled, yet they do it anyway and harass with tons of calls and texts. When I do need pills filled quickly, which is rare, they want more time than the average pharmacy to do so. I continue going here because it's an excuse to shop at Target, but my patience is wearing thin.

The pharmacist seems to enjoy saying NO. Be nice to offer some help. I understand it can be very busy but it does not seem too hard to say something helpful, give suggestions

VERY BAD Experience with the staff . I went to get my second COVID vaccine. The first time they told me that they were going to take a break that I can go after 2:00 pm. I went after 2:00 pm and they denied me the second dosis.

The asian pharmacist needs to be let go. I have spoke with multiple people from others pharmacies and they agree he always is messing up and is rude. I even filed a complaint on him to corporate. He needs to be trained again or released into the wild. I even switched pharmacy to get away from him every month.

Refused to tell the cost of future prescriptions to be filled after transferring them to CVS. Their meds are sky high. Do yourself a favor and comparison shop. I will not be back at a CVS pharmacy

Handed the pharmacist my childs insurance information and she stated she could not pull it up because it was just activated. I told her my child had the insurance for 7 years. I asked her to call the 800 number to confirm and she wouldnt. Had to take my percription and sick child elsewhere.
