Ashwood CVS is the best in town! Lovely employees who really do get to know you & care. Love that my dog gets special treatment there as well.

After my pharmacy closed, I was on a mission to find my new pharmacy. Before choosing CVS on Ashwood, I went to another pharmacy. They had poor communication about the pharmacy hours and told me my meds would be in on a certain date. When I went there they said we don't know when we will get these meds in. I was so angry. I had waited 5 days. I called my doctor and had him pull the prescription and send it it to CVS. I went over to CVS on Ashwood. They had my meds within hours. I chatted with a customer in my line who was a big fan of CVS here on Ashwood. She went on and on about how great the pharmacist and the pharmacy department was. When my name was called, I picked up my meds without a hitch. Then the customer, who I had chatted with shouted, "Welcome to your pharmacy! We are happy to have you." A few people in line cheered for me as well as the pharmacist! My sour mood changed to fabulous!! I am so dang happy about my experience. Bravo!!!

Purchased a prescription at the pharmacy. Tried to use two of the coupons from the prescription purchase for two other items at the check out. None of the coupons would work with any of the phone numbers I provided. The manager couldn't help. Very frustrating! Left without the coupon items.

Today 8-23-2023 Big shout out and thank you to the two women clerks at the counter near the doorway around 2pm ????. I came in expecting to be disappointed with a return which I had No receipt on. They helped me get a refund by checking my purchase through my charge card info. Turns out they found my weeks old purchase And immediately handed me the refund. Thank you CVS on Ashwood VenturaYou are appreciated ????

I know it's getting really bad for the retailers with the massive rise in shoplifting, but the measures that the stores have taken makes it so time consuming and difficult to their customers that they are helping drive the one time on-site shoppers to the internet. I went into the store for a simple tube of shampoo. That specific shelf in the row was locked. After wandering around for 10 minutes to find someone, then an additional 5 minutes for them to retrieve the key, then finding out that they had to take the product to be secured at the registered while I shopped, I ended up spending the better part of a half hour. Also, I like to use the self check out, but since the product was behind the register, I had to wait in line to get it. Very sorry CVS, your stores are not the once awesome places to shop near my house. I'm subsequently going to just have the products delivered to my home via Amazon or some other online service.

Normally, this CVS is amazing. This review is for this encounter only. I was trying to get a prescription filled that was not due until a few days from now. As I will be travelling, and it wasn't ready for refill for a few days, I called to find out the procedure for this. Called 10:07 and was put on hold for 13 minutes so I hung up. Called again at 10:21 and was put on hold for 15 minutes. This was getting me nowhere so I drove to the store, wasting time and gas money. Once I arrived, there was ONE person waiting in line, so I was not understanding how they could not take my call. When I asked if their phone systems was malfunctioning, the woman (dark hair and braces, did not get her name) told me she was too busy to answer the phone. Then a man called to me asking me my birth date to pull my Rx and I gave him day and date, he wanted the year. Because I would not scream this information out he refused to walk over to me. The female working did the same and I asked her to walk the 3 feet so I didn't have to scream my personal information. Completely unprofessional. I also could not get my Rx filled due to insurance reasons (which is not the fault of CVS). Between the time wasted trying to get in touch with them and then going to the store, I was more than a little annoyed at their lack of service.

this cvs latest pharmacist servuce has been awful. and from Feb 2nd the pharmacist should be aware of my complaint. she told me she would call my name as soon as my medication was ready. I told her I will just be sitting at the magazine since its gonna be 45 min. so I'm listening for my name never gets called no text messages so I get up and omg they are closing and said sorry can't help you.I've asked for a General manager to reach out to me and yet no one has. worst service.

Don't get your COVID-19 vaccine here between 12 pm and 3 pm. The pharmacist is typically out for lunch around these times. Their appointment software doesn't take in consideration that the pharmacist may be gone. Friendly customer service and it's not their fault CVS has bad automated software appointment.
