Two problems with the pharmacist. One occasion they refused to dispense medication for my surgeon and argued with my surgeon on the phone. Had to go to two other pharmacies to get the prescription filled. The second and far worse is that my friend had a prescription filled and the pharmacist dispensed the wrong medication and he wound up in the hospital. Of course, if they complied with the law and gave consultations like the required to do that mistake would have been caught\\n\\nI simply do not trust the pharmacist there

This girl ain't bougie .. it's alright if ppl are but I'm not. I get my makeup at CVS and when I can at 40% off. Love the coupons here. Stopped by to get some new lipsticks. I appreciate that the lipsticks here are taped shut so ppl are not tempted to try them on their hand. They also have the colors I like and the drug store brands I use! Yes CVS.. you get me. Easy check out- no line today! The cashier even helped me deactivate 4 other rewards accounts I had lol. Store is all ready for Easter! Tons of greeting cards, candy and blow up deco! Friendly staff and well stocked. Really liked their displays.

What a mess. Last year I moved to this CVS from the Walgreens on Vineyard because... well you've either been there and know or you may read my review... At first things were great, great service, quick line, fast vaccine service. Everything had gone very well. Fast forward to about middle of February (2023) and things started to go very poorly. Gone are the smiling happy faces and cheerful staff. I used to get notification texts that an Rx was ready. Instead I received one saying I had until end of the day to pick up or it would have to be reordered. On Monday I was given an Rx. And on Wednesday late evening I received the text you have today to pick it up or it was going back and would have to be re-prescribed.So today, Thursday, I go in about 12:45 and the pharmacy is closed. I guess they close for lunch now between 12 - 1 for lunch. There are about a dozen signs saying new pharmacy hours.... not one of them says anything about being closed for one hour in the middle of every day. I can understand the ones that close for lunch on the weekends. But what about folks that only have their lunch hours to deal with prescriptions?I don't know what changed last month but it is palpable and dramatic. So, the question is where is there a pharmacy anyone is happy with. I don't even need weekends or late night hours my needs are minimal. But OMG I'd hate to really need something that was critical.

Love this pharmacy. My prescriptions are always ready fast! People don't understand how stressful working in a pharmacy is. Everyone comes to yelp to complain. Get a grip!

Very large pharmacy and general store in Ventura. They'll have most if not everything you need. Very friendly service and competitive prices. Plenty of parking.Clean bathrooms!

I wish I could say anything positive about the pharmacy here. The young pharmacist who answered my call this morning made no attempts at courtesy and just told me that I am making her feel uncomfortable. This, after I was on hold for 47 minutes to speak with her. Upon hearing this information, she tells me that she doesn't know how it's possible for me to be on hold that long when they just opened at 10. If you don't know, employee of the CVS I've been on hold for, then I most certainly don't either. If you're looking for rudeness, lack of empathy, and robotic personnel who will tell you to go somewhere else to fill your prescription, then this is the place for you. Thanks Katie. You're a superstar pharmacist. Great for business.

I've been to this store a couple of times only bc I use cleaners next door ( whom I love). I have had hoirible experiences! The older woman hate working at CVS. They are always so rude and very unhappy! You would think they can greet you, but they would never! Miserable, unhappy, unpleasant, employees! I went up to pat and had the RUDEST biatch! I was so upset, as I was on the phone w/ dr.s nurse telling me what I needed to purchase , I asked cashier if I can give her my # for discount and she responded "you're too busy on the phone" I responded I was on phone w/ nurse and had hung up . I had to forcefully give her my # in order to get discount of about $20. I had already had negative encounter w/ her previously. She is supposedly a manager! What great managers'DISGUSTED! If you hate your job please work somewhere else!

I get a call the day before that my prescription will be ready by 12:00 the next day. When I get there at 5:20 the next day they have not even started on my prescription. They tell me it will be ready in 15 min and they will announce it over the PA system. After 20 min I go back there and it's ready but they did not announce it over the PA system. They told me that they are a week behind in filling prescriptions at this location. How do you get a week behind? The pharmacy tech had a big frown on her face and it was obvious she was not happy that I said something to them about being told it would be ready by noon the next day and when I got there they had not even started on it yet.

Don't use this pharmacy. It takes days to get them to accomplish something that should be done in an hour. After waiting days (closer to a week) they said they couldn't fill my prescription because it was for a pet and the pharmacist didn't want to do that?? I had filled the same prescription filled there a few months before. First of all couldn't they have said this days before when the vets office first started faxing the prescription? They needed it faxed multiple times before they realized they didn't WANT to do that. I say want because when the vets office called for clarification because they didn't understand the problem the pharmacist said it was personal preference and he didn't want to fill a pets prescription and that's why it was filled before because there was a different pharmacist working.

Lots of pharmacy mix ups, makes me feel like I have to babysit any medications that I have sent there. Some of the pharmacy staff is very nice and friendly but I wouldn't say it makes up for the staff that blames you for mixups or gives only partial info.

I love how I can check stock online and drive over to the store and know they have what I want. The employees have all worked here for a long time and are very friendly.

I had promised myself to avoid returning to CVS but discovered they had dispensed the wrong size lancet with the blood test kit. The visiting nurse my doctor had designated to follow my case identified the mistake. When I went back back to CVS, everyone in the pharmacy recognized me. I ponder whether the mistake was deliberate to put me in my place. What should have been simple across the counter exchange was dragged out elaborately. They even had the temerity to question me about signing their required forms. If this is really how CVS really wants their customers handled, the organization in bound up by accountants, lawyers and stupid M&A sclerosis that is about to kill it. I won't be back.

Horrible customer service by a cashier that seems to always be the only worker. She is a big woman with blonde streaks on her short hair. She is always biased. She never greets me (I'm here very often because of the pharmacy), but she'll greet others. She's nice whenever she feels like it. Other cashiers that have helped me have been nice and friendly. No complaints about the pharmacy. My prescriptions are always on time and the ladies are always very nice. Love the pharmacy! The one star is for that rude lady.
