I am very pleased with this vendor. I ordered some custom awards plaques for a design client and they were extremely pleased with the results. Custom Awards and Engraving provided fantastic communication and follow-up every step of the way in the process. This is unheard of in today's world. I highly recommend them.

Recently had need for engraving for a trophy for Buddy's golf trip. Engraving was promised for two days later. Wasn't finished for a week after golf trip. Ruined the golf trip. Will never use this company again.

Custom Awards does great work! Jennifer helped us design award plaques for the bagpiping and drumming competition at the Seaside Highland Games in Ventura. The plaques are beautiful and feature our personalized logo. We got lots of compliments from the participants regarding the plaques, which never happened in the past when he had another vendor that made run of the mill plaques. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and we will never go anywhere else!

Jennifer did a beautiful job engraving 2 treat jars as gifts from our pup to our local veterinarians...She was so kind, helpful, fast and professional. Nice to be able to personalize gifts to people who do so much and support a locally owned business as well.

First let me express how amazing Jennifer is. She has a great personality. We had the groomsmen shot glasses done there. Jennifer expedited our last minute request with no hesitation and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. The shot glasses were perfect. I highly recommend this company. We are truly excited to present the gifts to the groomsmen.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service of Custom Awards & Engraving. First off an order was placed on a Monday to be picked up on a Friday for a car show happening on a Sunday. For most trophy companies I called, this was plenty of time to get the job done with assurance it would be what I wanted. This company was no different. Yet, they claimed it was a rush order and had no time to send me a proof of the order. When the trophies were ready, they weren't to satisfaction. Instead of leaving them there on a Friday and having nothing to give my show participants, I had no choice but to take the order as presented to me. When I emailed the company just letting them know I was unhappy with the service, they used the excuse that it was a last minute job. To me this doesn't satisfy their claim of "ensuring that you'll never be disappointed with our services." This shows that the job was done fast with no checking of detail before given back to the customer. After attempting multiple calls both Friday and the following Monday, I was told the person I charge went to the mailbox and would return my call. He did not, therefor I am writing this review on poor customer service. I tried shopping local and it turned out that for better service I need to go elsewhere for my $200 trophies.

They always do a great job and are extremely dependable. I have all my engraving done here. Engraving technician is very talented and staff is helpful with advice on choices. I've been a loyal customer for more than a decade.
