My mom and I got pedicures and I got acrylic nails. We've never had a better pedicure! We brought my kids and they were so sweet, every staff member talked with them while we were getting our nails done and it was just the best experience. Our nails look great, everything was clean, price is decent.

Peter does an amazing job. Took time to perfect each nail. I'm obsessed with the quality. Every time I walk in I'm greeted warmly instead of rushed along like many other salons in the area.

THIS PLACE IS CLEAN and that's a big deal to me. I saw cleaning products out and watched how they clean up after clients and disinfect items. Also, some of these reviews are so old and none of them make sense to me because I watched the way my gels were done and she paid extra attention to putting alcohol on my nail beds which helps the gel adhere. So people saying it came off are out of their minds. Additionally someone said the place in the mall is better. That place is disgusting! Crystal nails is way cleaner. I went to beauty school and know for a fact. I came in no appointment and got lucky and was seated to get a pedicure and manicure. Hannah was great. She is a perfectionist and made sure to keep me still while shaping and painting. Mind you they took off my gels and put on my gels and upon walking out it was only 110. Other shops in Ventura are 120 to 130 for the same service without tip. This allows me to give a very nice tip. I find their prices VERY REASONABLE. Anyone who is saying it's not hasn't been to pierpont nails or some other joints that are astronomical. Their pedicure was amazing! I will be back. The owner Peter was so sweet and he charged my phone for me and even complimented my nails. I don't mind paying with Zelle. That's the way our world is headed. I notice this all over now. I also don't mind they like cash because so do I! Two ladies in there were repeats which is a good sign. They couldn't stop saying how much they loved it. I felt very welcomed. Thank you again Peter and Hannah ! I'll be back.

I absolutely adore this place, they always go out of there way to fit me in and take there time with the shaping of my nails . I'm particular and Peter is so patient with me The energy and the overall vibe is light and easy going, the salon is clean and professional And now I book regularly and I'm always excited with the outcome !

Crystal nails is an amazing place to get your nails done. They have a wide range of colors and are so nice! The foot massage feels amazing and leaves you with smooth results. The way they buff your nails makes them as clear as a mirror without any clear polish! Over all amazing place!

Kayla is punctual, and I don't have to wait- they are great, and she has superb customer service. She did a great job with my pedicure and gel nails. They last over a month. Good quality, and she takes her time. She is very friendly and welcoming.

Every time I go I feel welcome. The owners are very outgoing and welcoming. I always go in for my pedicure with Kayla. She does an amazing job! I've known Kayla for 10 years and she's the sweetest and does an amazing job! Really recommend doing a pedicure with Kayla!

This is a very small business with only 3 employees but they do a great job. It will be a little harder to get in without an appt because of the small staff, but they're worth it

Got a gel manicure and eyebrow wax ($55 total). They did take me as a walk in, but I feel like my nails were rushed. I got my nails done weds night and by sat morning there were already several chips (for gel which usually lasts me weeks). And I hadn't done anything wild with my hands, I had only washed dishes like once. By Monday morning one 1 finger has already raised and chipped off totally. I would go back in and ask that they fix but at this point I'm willing to eat the cost to not deal with them again. They did not allow me to pay via card, cash or venmo only. Got yelled at for not having cash.

Do simple pedicures nowadays really cost $40? Charging $5 extra to remove old polish and $8 extra to remove callus? Really?$40 for 30min of work. I earn less and have a masters degree. I am doing something wrong.I got my last pedicure in fall 2020 some place else and it was $25. I guess I will be going there again.Service: Pedicures

$40 for a pedicure is ridiculous. I have never paid extra to have my old polish removed and extra to remove callus. $40 for 30min of work? Wow. I did not cause the pandemic and I dont want to pay back what businesses were missing out on.
