We just purchased a used Pacifica from Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ram. Simo helped us through the whole transaction. He was very knowledgeable and so wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend Simo, especially to friends and family. Thank you!

My vehicle was at this dealership for over 37 days. I was approved by the manufacturer to rent a vehicle. The day I retrieved my vehicle from dealership I noticed a dent on the left side bumper caused by one of their technicians. No apology or accountability from the dealership. I returned the rental and as soon as I drove off the lot the vehicle stalled and the check engine light came on. Obviously they didn’t fix the issue. No one followed up with me. I had to take the initiative to follow up with the service advisor. Additionally, service manager Mike no where to be found and unresponsive. Very poor customer service and beware they will return a vehicle to you that has not been repaired.

Very good service, personally I always take my trucks and car there because they give me the confidence to deliver it to me 100% correctly.

BEWARE worst service department! They tell you a reasonable amount of time to complete repairs then continuously move the date back to pick up your fixed car. Super inconsiderate people who take WEEKS to do something that takes a few days.

I had a pleasant experience with purchasing an SUV. The pricing was competitive and the monthly payment was within my budget. Simo was my sales rep, and he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend Crown Dodge to my friends and family!

Time Wasters, Car Gurus had the truck I wanted at 31,900. It took me days to get a cash quote and then I agreed and they took it back and added 10k verbally, would not get me a written quote after that. Spend 6 days back and forth and 4 different ppl. They just endlessly text and call and don't give you what you ask for. Be careful and watch for this bait and switch. Make them honor the price they list online or walk away like I did.

Had to wait 4 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. Also their coffee at the machine is awful.

In many businesses the corporate side of the federal government runs their buying of vehicles with regard to favored interests. It is no exception to this concern. The product for the most part is a testament to the genius of Walter Chrysler.
The problem here is the negative influence from the dysfunctional area of the government. My involvement was to eradicate such action. That business suffered from such influence. Their management at Crown has changed for the better however I would never conduct any business with them again. Once burned, TWICE LEARNED.

BUYERS BEWARE! This dealership will take advantage of you. They will charge you for dealer add items that are not on your car or truck. They also are very good at bait and switch.
If you try to work with them to resolve issues, They ignore you!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is the 3rd Jeep I have brought to Crown for service. The service is AWFUL!! They are very difficult to reach and when you do bring your car to them, they claim there are problems that don't exist. They repaired a defective passenger seat, when the car was brand new, and damaged the back of the seat in the process.
They claimed there were multiple problems with my daughter's Jeep, that would cost over $1200 to repair, but I wanted a second opinion. I brought the car to an independent garage, and they pointed out that some of the "suggested" repairs had already been done AND the other repairs were non existent.
The FINAL straw was a problem with a battery light that kept alerting. I had brought my car in to Crown 3 years ago for the repair. The technician said it was a faulty auxillary battery, and after I paid the $100 deductible for my warranty, they "replaced" the faulty battery. Last year the error message came on again. I took it back to Crown, and they said the battery wire was loose. Just recently it happened for the 3rd time! I called repeatedly, left messages and never got ahold of anyone from Crown.
I took my car to an independent garage, and after a thorough diagnostic, and was told that there was a shelf for the auxillary battery, but NO battery in it's place! I was shocked and disgusted. I replaced the main battery, and asked if it was the original factory installed battery, and was told it was.
Crown NEVER replaced ANY battery, but charged me for a bogus service. I will NEVER buy or service my car with them. THEY ARE CROOKS!!

My entire experience has been subpar at Crown Dodge. It started with the salesman selling us a car before it was fully inspected. We had to bring the car back the next day due to alignment issues. They took care of it, but having to take the car back the next day is not a good look. The main issue that I am having is that when I bought the car and paid for registration it only lasted for 4 months. When I buy a car I am expecting to have a full year on my registration, not just bringing the expired registration up to date and having to spend another 500 dollars on registration shortly after buying the car. I went in to talk to someone about this, but they refused to let me talk to a manager, and said I had to talk to someone in finance that I would have to wait an hour to speak to. I said that I was not going to wait, and that they would call me later that day. It has been a week and I received no call. I am very disappointed with the service I received from the beginning and would give a 0 star review if possible.

Dodge, Crown Dodge! Worst service department ever! I took my truck in for 3 different recalls. The first two were airbags and the third was a pinion nut. (Rear end). They gave me the truck back after the first two, stating that parts needed to be ordered for the other. I get home and realize that they had left the side cover off the dash. I called them and was asked, “well can you see the side of the dash when you’re driving?” No, but I’d like the part back. No biggie, they’ll put it on when I bring the truck back for the last repair. I get a call a few days later and was told, the rest of the parts were in. Great! I dropped the truck off on a Tuesday. Mind you, this is my work truck. I need it to earn a living!!! I called the following week, to check the status. I was told it still wasn’t done because they were waiting on parts. Parts they said were in stock 3 days before dropping off the truck! I finally get it back and they had used,or stolen half a tank of gas!!! Never again will I do business with this company! If you have a Chrysler vehicle, take it to someone else!
