The price they quoted me for the phone in-store included a bunch of super expensive accessories I didn't want. They got $280 out of me for a $120 phone. I feel deceived so a salesperson could make their commission. When I asked them about it, I was told that the price would be $280 for the phone by itself, but their website says that is a lie. I will be switching carriers when my new phone needs replacement. I would steer clear of this place.

Im a cricket wireless customer for over 2yrs I was out of town having problems with my phone and went into this store and I just want to thank Lisa and Marline for being so kind andhelpful in a time I needed help and support morethen they will ever know thank u ladies so much ill be for forever greatful companies need people like u twothankfully cb tha u phone and?

Their app doesn't take my cc for some reason but the store does so I have to pay $5 more! But when I go to pay, 80% of the time the store is closed during normal hours! I wait or come back to find out their "system is down" and I can't pay. They even tried to charge me a re connect fee!! In a word, cricket sucks!!!!

I came from Santa Barbara to Ventura to Cricket with my mom to update phones and some questions we have. Thankfully we met Liza that was so sweet and friendly so we did everything fast. Thank you Lisa I am glad you're in Cricket. What a great service you provide I wish I can pu 10 stars

Absolutely horrible connectivity, sometimes it's worse than dial-up was. When I went in the store for help with my phone, they completely blew me off and the manager never called me back. I bought a Motorola phone, it's the worst phone I've ever had in over 25 years. I am so unhappy with my phone and service, my business is off of my phone and it's cost me time money and frustration. Stay away

Got here 15 minutes early and watched the employees walk in at exactly 1000 am when the store was supposed to open. And now just watching one eat breakfast as I look through the window. Still waiting ....?

This place has the most clueless people working I've ever seen, lazy as can be too. Save yourself some gas and just call cricket and have them help you, this staff can't be bothered to even look up your account...

This review is for Valkyrie she was amazing and didn't right me off because the phone wasn't bought at Cricket. She was able to fix the phone issue that tech 2 or corporate level at Cricket couldn't.

I brought my friend in to switch to Cricket. We were so lucky to have Dylan help us. He was fantastic!!! Smart, and so kind. He was a wonderfully patient teacher. Keep him!!! He is an excellent representative for Cricket. We both left the store happy.

This particular store has a staff that knows all there is to know about their plans, their phones and pretty much within minutes CAN DETERMINE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU the customer and the needs we have to keep up to speed with communication technology at present in this ever-changing world around us... Fast, friendly, knowledgeable.... outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE..... WHICH, TO ME..... IS THE TRAIT THAT I NEED MY SERVICE PROVIDER TO EXCELL IN.... EVERYONE SHOULD USE CRICKET..... CHECK IT OUT

We went to cricket on ventura by target to het 2 Lg stylo 6 we have 5 stars customer services and very helpful with miss Maribel i always recommend her to all my friends and coworkers she always take time. To lisent with problems we have w our phones. When me and my wife need a phone. We call all the stores to see where she is shes the best on costumer service we really recommend her shes a 5 stars and good quality. Service. People from oxnard come and look for miss maribel. At any cricket Thanks !!!
