The salesperson mislead me about the price of a phone and bundled it with a bunch of accessories that I didn't need, and she signed me up for an insurance plan that I didn't want that I found out about when my auto pay went through. Very shady business practices. I do not recommend.

The price they quoted me for the phone in-store included a bunch of super expensive accessories I didn't want. They got $280 out of me for a $120 phone. I feel deceived so a salesperson could make their commission. When I asked them about it, I was told that the price would be $280 for the phone by itself, but their website says that is a lie. I will be switching carriers when my new phone needs replacement. I would steer clear of this place.

Their app doesn't take my cc for some reason but the store does so I have to pay $5 more! But when I go to pay, 80% of the time the store is closed during normal hours! I wait or come back to find out their "system is down" and I can't pay. They even tried to charge me a re connect fee!! In a word, cricket sucks!!!!

I came from Santa Barbara to Ventura to Cricket with my mom to update phones and some questions we have. Thankfully we met Liza that was so sweet and friendly so we did everything fast. Thank you Lisa I am glad you're in Cricket. What a great service you provide I wish I can pu 10 stars

Absolutely horrible connectivity, sometimes it's worse than dial-up was. When I went in the store for help with my phone, they completely blew me off and the manager never called me back. I bought a Motorola phone, it's the worst phone I've ever had in over 25 years. I am so unhappy with my phone and service, my business is off of my phone and it's cost me time money and frustration. Stay away

Got here 15 minutes early and watched the employees walk in at exactly 1000 am when the store was supposed to open. And now just watching one eat breakfast as I look through the window. Still waiting ....?
