The employee was very helpful and nice. But there was one rude customer who invited herself to the conversation and interrupted me when I happened to mentioned that the clipper I was ordering on Cosmoprof website was cheaper; suddenly this disrespectful customer said; then order online with a rude attitude. Shame on that customer but thanks to Cosmoprof employee for a great customer service

I was looking for a specific product. I found the store walked in to spend money and then I was told I can’t buy from the store because I don’t have an account and can’t open one. Drove all the way to the store for one specific product line, so super frustrated The store clerk who talked to me was very nice and I had nothing against her.

Very nice customer service here. I had to exchange several items twice within a few days and with no issues whatsoever. Greeted by the sales associates every time with a helpful attitude and very knowledgeable with all my questions about partucular products and prefereces.

I love the clerk here so sweet and really working. They asked me if I need help and just cute parking are and I missed it at first so have to go around but I love this place better than others. It's big store and clean

I come to cosmoprof all the time , it's close to my house , but I've never heard of any store not taking cash, I called cosmoprof in Ventura and they take both cash and credit, I will be going to the Ventura cosmoprof , since customer service is better, it's a longer trip , but worth it
