I took my 2015 Camry in for a regular service but also had a special need that the Toyota dealer could not identify and fix for 2 years.
2 years ago I got my car detailed. After, I found some broken clips under my car and suddenly had this mystery knock somewhere in the engine compartment. It was not the engine. Anytime I got up to 40 mph, or if it was windy, this knocking would start. It drove me crazy. Especially on long trips to see clients which could be 7 hours in the car.
Sixto and Marc at Concourse listened to my story of woe and took it as a personal challenge.
I got home last night near midnight from my first long trip since my service and it was the quietest ride I have had in years.
Great service, knowledgeable staff and great people that go the extra mile. No more dealer for me!

The best car service experience! It was my first time, I took my car first thing in the morning and by mid day my vehicle was ready! I received a text notification a within minutes a call giving me a very thorough review of all the inspections they performed along with pictures as proof!!! There was additional items my vehicle needed to get done but they did not force me into doing it right away but simply guided me and explained the importance of those services.
Thank you! I will definitely be back.

In late June I was driving home to Santa Cruz County and the clutch in my '91 BMW convertible blew out in Ventura.
I got a great suggestion from my AAA tow driver (Thanks Mo!) and we took the car to Concours Motors Auto Repair.
Talk about a "Godsend"! They didn't just do a great job fixing the car, they took good care of me as well. A special shout-out of thanks to my Service Writer Sixto Alcantar and to Ron G., the repair technician/craftsman who did the work, "Great job gentlemen!"
They were thoroughly proactive and professional, keeping me updated on "Little Blue's" needs and status throughout the time it was in their care. I highly recommend the good folks at Concours if you're having problems with your car and you want to give it the best "TLC" possible.
While I certainly hope my car never breaks down again when I'm far away from home, if it ever does, I hope it happens in Ventura!
