This place has gone downhill since my last visit. I will not be going back. The person who gave me the treatment hurt me and did not apologize. She said it was because of the shape of my nails and that she could either cut them or not but couldn’t guarantee doing it without any pain. I paid a lot for this treatment and I was very disappointed. It was unprofessional to say the least.

This is the worst Manicure Pedicure I have ever had. What a total rip off!!!! Be prepared to pay $150 for a basic manicure and pedicure. It was over $30 just to remove the gels from my hands and feet! That's insane ! She did not even put polish on my toes (as pictured) and my nail polish on my fingers chipped after 3 days. Not even all of the previous red polish was REMOVED on my big toe!! My toes look worse than when I came in!! What exactly did I pay for??? I NEVER GOT A FULL PEDICURE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO POLISH ON MY TOES. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Terrible attitude and poor customer service. What a horrible experience. Don't waste your time and money here. BEWARE!!!!

Super disappointing. The nail tech kept getting up and leaving my pedicure. No joke at least 15 times. She continuously changed the music and kept raising the volume. No scrub was used as described in the description and a 30 second massage. 80.00 dollars later it was a waste of time and money. Going back to my regular girl next week to get a professional looking gel application. Mine is bubbly and uneven. ?

Just had the most incredible pedicure experience at Coastal Pedicure with Rebekah! The zero gravity chairs, cozy weighted blankets, and the use of natural products made it a five-star treat. No more dealing with unpleasant fumes - just pure relaxation. If you're in Ventura, count yourself lucky to have this gem nearby. I'd happily drive 1.5 hours for this amazing experience. Unless you want to wait 6-10 weeks which Uris what they text me after leaving a message that I wanted to book an appointment for 2. I have tried and tried and tried. No one ever answers. Who would wait 6-10 weeks for a pedicure?

This is my happy place. It is the best pedicure spot I have ever been too. First you enter the shop, wash your hands and then the relaxation begins. You are reclined in a massage and heat chair, given a nice heated eye mask. The next thing I know, I wake up to beautiful toes. Love the women that work there, very professional. Treat yourself!

Received a gift certificate for my birthday. Made my appt. The availability was a week out, so plan accordingly. When I arrived, the door was locked. There is a sign on the door if they are with clients, so I followed instructions and sat to wait, I was a bit early. They were ready for me by my scheduled time. Everything is very clean, and it is a great ambiance. There was one other person there for an appt at the same time. It was only the two of us. Kathy was my tech, and she was great. I had a spa pedicure, and it was the most relaxing and best pedicure I've ever had. Definitely recommend this place!!

This spot looks very nice inside, so I got my friend a gift certificate to get a pedicure here for her birthday. Unfortunately she told me that she had a bad experience both with scheduling an appointment and once she was finally able to redeem it. It’s upsetting because this place is more expensive than others so I thought the service would reflect that.
