Ken, John, Jaime, and the entire crew at coast have been a pleasure to work with over the last decade.I've read the reviews from people complaining about the price hikes. To them I say, inflation (food, water, power, gas) property tax and maintenance!! This place has top notch gated security with cameras throughout, as well as beautiful grounds and always has freshly paved roads. If you want a nice, clean secure place to store your prize possessions, Coast is the best!!If you want "Cheap", go park your rig in a dirt lot somewhere and good luck!!

We can't say enough great things about Coast Self Storage. We have rented a space for our vintage camper trailer there for a couple of years. The lot is very safe and secure with gated security and staff members always on site. We were assured right away of the security of the location and extra steps they take for your property/trailer. We kept our trailer at another Ventura location previously, where break-ins and vandalism were very frequent. The cleanliness of the whole facility is impeccable. In addition, Ken the manager, goes above and beyond at his job. He takes great care of every customer and he always knew us by name (even after several months). During the time we were tenants at Coast Self Storage, they made continual improvements. They have re-paved the entire lot, added free (for tenants) vacuum systems, sanitation and washing stations for RV's/Trailers as well as clean modern restrooms! On top of all this, the monthly cost was always fair and very competitive with other services that offer far less. We can not say enough wonderful things, and would highly recommend Coast to anyone who is interested. Thanks to Ken and his team for the great experience!

Update: I got another bill today indicating that the space rent is going up 20%. They want to give me "a generous notice period to give you the opportunity to research your storage options." You want me to go elsewhere so you can gouge new RV owners. SHAME ON YOU.Ken - if you read this.... For your own good you need to leave this business and go to a business that is more in line with your personal morals.

I have stored my RV here for almost 8 years. Recently, the owner has decided to transition to a "boutique" type of storage facility, with LED signs and several "amenities" that weren't available previously. These amenities included installation of power in some "prime" spots, which was my assigned space for many years. I was forced to temporarily move spots while this was installed, then allowed to move back in. I also had to move out for a re-pave of the area, which is already cracking. I've now been banished to a rear spot, or I would have had my rent doubled to stay in my now "premium" spot. Speaking of rent increases... just got a notice that our rent is going up AGAIN.... for the third time in as many years. This time is another 10% increase! I guess us little people need to pay for these "premium" spots.There was another review that said the owners were pushing people out to make room for high end RVs. Now, I agree 100%. Ken is pleasant, but the owners... not so much.

Modern, clean, professional, secure, well lit.Amenities include: restrooms, RV dump station, wash down stations, fresh water, ice, dumpsters, and more.

I highly recommend Coast Self Storage as being the best you will ever find. I rent a space at Coast Storage and they go out of their way to please their clients. The manager Ken is the best ever and always so willing to help the clients. He is definitely such an asset to Coast and he is always so pleasant.

If you need a storage spot for your motor home or boat stay away from this place ,if you look on line you will find a place to store your vehicle, the Mgr Ken sent notices to several customers telling them they had to be off the property within the month Ken blamed the property owner saying he just wanted new high end vehicles in his storage lot after being a customer for 10 + years that was not the way most businesses do business he also kept my fee of $25.00 & again I am not the only customer that was told to remove there vehicle so beware do yourself a favor stay away from this greedy Business give your money to a business that appreciates your business.
