I have given Peter and Coast Cart a five star review. However, five stars is not enough to rate this establishment. I purchased yesterday a factory refurbished EZ Go golf cart. It was delivered to me in impeccable condition and with the care and friendliness that I wish every establishment could have. Peter made the purchase absolutely flawless and with integrity and honesty along with a fair price. If you buy a golf cart, any place else you are making a mistake.

Called Coast Cart folks this morn. about my Tomberlin Emerge cart that would not charge with brand new batteries put in last week. Charger display flashing red! Discussed w Chad from Coast over phone and he texted me to send him a few pics of the battery compartment. Turns out the fellow who put in the new batteries mixed up the connections from the onboard charger connecting the tempSensor leads to the Pos. term instead of the Neg. With his help over the phone and text I was able to swap the connections myself without having to have the cart serviced. It was amazing to have the problem diagnosed this way and to be able to correct the problem - when I offered payment for his time, Chad refused!Amazing Folks at Coast Cart. Coast Carts is outstanding. From purchase (Mark T) to service (Chad), it has been a great experience. I especially want to compliment the service department, which always finds a solution in the face of adversity. Anyone in the market for a GEM or other cart knows dealers can be less than reputable. Coast Carts is a standout in excellence.

Peter and every one at Coast Cart are the coolest, ever!! We recently bought two carts for our new studio. Every step of the way was a pleasure!!!! Which these days is so beyond rare!! It is still shocking how great it all was. From the first time Peter showed us around and demoed the carts, to his following up over the next few months (even his patience and followup when we had delays - not them) to the finances, to them taking care of DMV and registration to delivery (on time and everything perfect with the carts) was beyond easy, enjoyable, no hassle. Even the delivery guys was nice, cool and the most amazing truck parallel parker ever :) I wish more companies were like them!!! I'm even driving out there from Hollywood soon to get spare keys just cuz they are so cool and it is nice to be reminded that there are companies and people out there who are helpful, nice, fun and totally on top of everything!

Peter is the owner and he's the kind of guy you want to deal with! He's the king of Oxnard in my book. He also hires great people! If you need a golf cart, Gem car or just need service on your cart Coast Cart is not only the only game in town, they're the only game in the county in my opinion.
