Worst job I’ve ever had done. The man doing them didnt under stand english and kept saying its ok. When I mentioned how bad they looked to the woman she gave them for free because im pretty sure she didnt want to fix them. I would have paid for the nails if they were done well. I wont be going back here ever again.
Update they peeled in 1 1/2 . I would rather pay to have longer lasting nails.

Disappointing quality on many levels. My nail beds have apparent scratches on them from the buffer. The nail trim is so uneven, it's clear the nail tech has no care on presentation. I've manicured my own nails better than this. The cuticles weren't even taken care of completely. I'm literally 40 weeks pregnant today and I decided to treat myself to just a nail cleaning and this is more disappointing than having done it myself. Definitely won't be coming back here.

Everyone at Royal nail is great! They do good work and are always very accommodating. I typically get a gel manicure and I'm always impressed with the extensive color selection that they have to offer. Nancy & Chi provide great customer service and are highly skilled!

Will not be coming back! Nails only. Don't fault the hair stylist. Manicurist had the drill going to my skin while answering a text message. They had no color pallet so I had to get up & search the wall for a color. Colors were not in order either. Pedi ended with my toe bleeding& manicure ended with patches with no color. When I showed her she asked "where?" I gave the benefit of the doubt and said "do *you* see it?" she said "yes" I thought IF YOU SEE IT FIX IT! Got it fixed,paid and left. My fault for trying somewhere new. Star review looked good so I tried. My mistake

I learned about this shop from the collection 24 Hr. Fitness. Members taking Zumba classes love to come here. The shop is clean, modern and relaxing. Great pedicure chairs with message. Large screen TV etc. The staff is friendly and work until you are happy. Their selection of nail styles is amazing. They do eye lash and hair extensions. I elected for a session of spray tanning. It was fun and looked great. But the best part is their prices. I love these guys!

Went in for a fill on full set and pedicure. I had acrylic but she used the dip method. My pedicure looked great but the polish never dried. It was sticky. I went back the next day and the same thing happened. I refused to go back.I went out of town and went in for a fill only for them to ask me what did I want. Dip or acrylic? I shouldn’t have had both. Frustrating! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Very profession-ail. No kidding, they are awesome. My first time there, I walked in was greeted and seated immediately. The staff is super friendly and the owner Nancy is charming. Would highly recommend and I will be returning. As a male I am pretty shy with this type of place but we talked, joked and was a great experience. They even have karaoke is your up to it! 5 stars.

Showed up at 0938 and the shop was still closed. On the door it says open at 0930 Monday thru Saturday. Curtain drawn and lights off. I called the number no one answered and no voicemail set up. ?♀️

Just went in super nice lady , but did a messed up job paid $92 !! Two hours after getting them done my daughter GEL nail polish came off spent $15 on her the price is ridiculous ! The picture of my nails speaks for itself. I’m sorry but never again.
