Definitely a gem of a shop. Every time I go in there which is like every three days, it seems like they are doing something to improve the place. It's small, bit has tons of variety of products. Great staff. Very knowledgeable on the glass and vapes. They have favorite cigars, 4Ks!!!!

They just remodeled and it’s fantastic, the new people here are amazing too, way better now than it was last time I visited!! Definitely check them out if you’re in Ventura, their selection is massive

I just left this store & the shop looks amazing ! It’s been remodeled , the NEW employees are very helpful , the store is fully stocked up & has a great selection of products. 10/10 i recommend coming here.

i already liked this store, and now it's been remodeled which is fantastic, and Im pretty sure it's an entirely new staff, they're super helpful and really nice, and they definitely got a lot of new products in as well, great shop

Live store update! These guys have always been on point and have had all my stuff at the best prices in Ventura! Their selection is wide, they restock their store weekly, and they can special order select items! Thanks for the best customer service I will most definitely keep coming back.

Love these guys! Garrett and coworkers know what i need make it easy! They don't have to ask they already have it i their hands.. which means they know their regulars.. and take care of their regulars who live in the neighborhood. They're quick and always friendly! Great customer service! Seriously great service which is rare! but they feel like friends.. because we get to know each other! I appreciate their kindness! They make you feel comfortable! They truly know their regulars!! I appreciate you guys! Thank you! I hope this shop is around for many years and the staff of guys are compensated well enough they stick around! These guys who work here are the Cig store! They make this place special! and create the atmosphere for customers to keep coming back! Thank all of the guys for your easy going kindness! It is never un noticed by your regulars who live on East end!

Everything I try and go dude is always just hanging out outside with his friends on "break". Never known a business to give so many breaks and close the store while on break and still be able to stay open

This store is awful. Every time I come here there is alot of people hanging out in front of the store. Or there have been multiple times I’ve come here and the store is closed but employee is hanging out outside with a bunch of people. Not good for who ever owns the cig store……..

One of, if not THE best stocked smoke shop I’ve ever been to. They have an amazing selection at some pretty good prices. Dude who works there is super chill and helpful. Wish I lived closer so this could be my go-to, but I’ll still make the drive when need be.
