All the squeegees smell sour or like mold. They never fill the receipts at the pump either. Please take a little pride in your work and make some kind of effort to provide decent customer service.

Came to put gas I always use chevron but not this one anymore Website says open till 11.59 ? It's 11 door the lady says I'm sorry we're closed you know no big deal I'll just use my credit card outside so as the lady pretends to close up and goes and sits in her car and I'm in my truck I mean I have all day to fill it up and she stays there all day waiting for me and when I'm getting ready to leave she magically opens the door and looks like she's opening back up. Maybe she's taking a break or something I thought so I asked her to go are you still close or can I buy a soda now she's all know I'm sorry we're still close and then just lock it back up and then drives away. I have a suspicion that she didn't want to help me for some reason ? But I guess. you just have to explain that to your corporate manager why you left an hour early and a bunch of customers potentially leave not good

Says 24 hours, but every night there is a handwritten note saying closed til 5 a.m. I went at 12:15 a.m and they were closed.No excuse! chevron should be staffed and prepared to provide the service they offer "24 HOURS"!!!! OR REMOVE THOSE MISLEADING WORDS FROM YOUR BUSINESS EXTERIOR. Thank u

12/23/23 at 12:54 we went to get gas when we entered the store's smell of marijuana is strong. There should be respect for every child who goes down to buy a snack. Companies should do something about the smell of drugs.

Nasty bathroom without toilet paper. I told the clerk the bathroom needed toilet paper and hand soap and he was busy putting beverages away and said people kept using it he can’t get in there. He’s the one giving people the key to the bathroom!

Handed the guy a $20 bill, he asked for something smaller. I had nothing smaller, the employee then proceeds to cuss and give my party bad looks. Didn't expect that from this guy but maybe someone pissed in his cheerios that morning. Will not be going back to this shady low managed gas station. The homeless are the regular customers there seems like.

I bring my Prius to get serviced here on recommendation from a friend. The on-site mechanic is great and trustworthy. Recently I was quoted almost $500 by the Toyota dealership auto repair to change 2 filters and to clean out a clogged battery something or other. I walked out of this Chevron station paying $80 for EVERYTHING. And while my car was serviced I went to have a delicious glass of organic beer at Leashless that is almost next door. I toasted to my $400 + savings!
