After a long drive, there's nothing like rolling into a place to fill up and empty out. Getting gas here is good because it's easy to get to the pumps. It's also a Chevron, so you're getting a bit higher quality gas. This is a big deal if you have an older car that you want to last a while. I automatically exited right off of the freeway and intended to go to the "No-bile" but they are not very amorous to their customers. So I hopped in my hoopdie and took my full bladder across the highway and found a friend in Chevron.

Gas pump number 11 doesn’t auto stop. Usually the handle will stop pumping when you have a full tank. Luckily I was watching and was able to stop it. I did get gas on my car and on my hands though. Don’t use #11

The woman working on October 10 at 6:30 PM told the woman ahead of me to "use her eyes" and then told me to "stop talking and listen." The woman and I are late 40s and I would guess the employee was low 20s and just horribly rude.

Rude. Went inside to get coffee and candy. My sister walked in with me to tell me what kind of coffee to get and then was going to go pump gas. The lady at the counter preceded to yell put your mask on. I had one on but my sister was just letting me know what kind of coffee to get and then go out. Okay it's one thing to say ma'am excuse me can you please put your mask on.. not yell from across counter like we are children. Remember without customers you would not have job.. so Chevron please teach your employees to still respect people who are coming and spending their money so you can keep your job. So we ended up leaving and not spending our money their. And I will be most likely sharing my experience with others about this incident.

The squeegees are great! They have proper washing fluid. Always have enough refill spots for your car, it's never packed. The cashier behind the counter was really rude, which was a bummer. I waited in line close to ten minutes and as I walked up to the counter the cashier behind the counter put up a "this lane is closed sign" without saying a word! And gestured me to leave without speaking. Some warning that you were closing would have been nice, rather than making me stand in line for ten minutes.

This has been the got to stop for my family and I for years!!!! Any road trip south we would stop here for gas, a bathroom break and snacks!! But that will stop after today!!! The girl working the counter was a colossal B***** My husband walked in with our three year old daughter, pulled down his mask only to ask the lady to buzz him into the bathroom abs she SCREAMED at him to pull his mask up! Mind you they were the only 2 in the store abs my husband was 20-30 feet if not farther from her! Then I went in asked her to buzz me into the bathroom and she proceeded to yell at me! When I jiggled the handles of both doors and they were still locked she yelled at me that they were unlocked when in fact they were not!!! I will NEVER return here again and I will make sure that my entire family never stops her again as well!! Attention Management! You need to fire this person! Your customers should NEVER be treated the way we were today!!

Best spot to clean your windshield in Southern California. Solution is blue and squeegees are good.

This used to be my preferred location for early-morning fill-ups of gas, cigarettes, and other consumables that generate toxic smoke and/or noxious vapors. The employees were good and nice and most of them still are, except for an early-morning employee named Rosa who has the IQ of a corn tortilla and is as friendly, helpful and personable as a Gila Monster could possibly be. I can't believe she's still there, so she must be special somehow. It is usually clean and well-maintained and has all of the usual stuff a place like this should, but both profits and suffers from its location. Like many parts of the "Bakersfield by the Sea" also known as Ventura, CA, the entire area is plagued with excessive panhandlers and others who take more active measures to separate you from your money, your possessions, and possibly your life. Unsurprisingly, they're mostly borne upon feet and (probably stolen) bicycles, although I've also encountered them on skateboards and even a few automobiles. They also occasionally use the window-washer tub as a birdbath, or should I say turdbath. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Very clean Chevron, friendly staff. The overnight lady here who wears glasses is very nice and works very hard. She deserves a raise. This place is very cautious with Covid-19 protocol.

Worse customer service in our lovely tourist area. The visitors must think that Ventura residents are all rude. The employees at this gas station must really hate their jobs. The manager seems to be cheerful but busy all the time. Stop by and see how painful it is for them to say thank you.
