Wow, the reviews here are spot on for WORST customer service. First time getting gas and getting a car wash at this gas station. Got gas and a car wash and then while my gas was pumping I saw they had an outside vacuum. I decided to go in and ask if they could make change for a couple quarters so I could use it after my car wash but after being looked up and down and after the two attendants exchanged glances, I was told by Irma that they were "out of quarters." Not "it's our policy to not give quarters for the vacuum" which I would have understood, but a quick glance to each other and then an obviously made up answer to my request. I questioned Irma and Carolina, the gas station attendants, and let them know I would write a review so others would know they were "out of quarters." They clearly were mad about this because when it was my turn to use the car wash, they shut it off. Out of Service. I sat there inside the car wash for some time as a long line of cars collected behind me. I drove through and they turned it back on for the next car. I went back in and they were both giggling when they saw me walking up. Crazy. I feel discriminated against. Won't be coming back here. The Shell on Harbor has a car wash and friendly attendants so I'll bring my business here every time I need gas and a car wash.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t stock MOST of the items advertised on sale on the Extra Mile App. They often charge more than their advertised prices. Multiple times I have attempted to purchase items that they have GIANT sale prices on and they REFUSE to honor their own GIANT sign prices. I see the sign, with a great price, I come in to get the great deal and they try to charge me almost double what the sign that brings me in advertised. I informed one of their awful employees that doing this is illegal. He argued with me, rudely and insisted I was incorrect. Almost EVERY employee there lacks proper training and definitely doesn’t belong in customer service. The little person with the cleft palate is the absolute worst. He never speaks clearly enough to be understood and is the rudest there, which is saying a lot because most of them are rude. I can’t even understand what he’s saying when he tells me how much I owe him. When I shop there, I always tell him hello or good morning in a nice chipper voice, NEVER even responds. I tell him to have a nice day after every sale and he never responds. He is the one that should be greeting me, thanking me for my money that keeps him employed, and telling me to have a nice day. Once he tried to force me to purchase drinks that i had filled for literally double the price. He insisted that I HAD to purchase them because I filled them. Well I filled them expecting to get the advertised price, not LITERALLY double. I was a retail GM I trained, hired, and fired. I would have fired them all if I had taken over that store and that awful little man would have been first. The store manager would have been second. She is just as bad as her awful employees. You can’t understand her when she talks, she’s rude, and even she refuses to honor her own advertised prices. Forget trying to complain to her about her awful employees, she doesn’t care and won’t do anything or even apologize to you for being mistreated. She never has enough people working for her employees to take their breaks. Half of the time the doors are locked. I go to this store frequently because it’s close by and I am disabled and gas is expensive. I spend a lot of money there and am constantly treated VERY badly almost every time. I like Chevron as a company and their gas is great. The Extra App is awesome. I just REALLY wish the store near me would hire people that belong in customer service. I wish I would be appreciated for all the money I spend there.NO OTHER CHEVRONS IN TOWN ARE BAD. No other Chevrons within 20 miles of here are like this store. They all have great smiling employees, excellent managers, and honor their own advertising. If their GIANT sign that brings me in has a price, that’s what I pay no matter what and the stores are nice and clean too. This is what I have come to expect from a Chevron.CHEVRON PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SOON. BEFORE YOU LOSE MY BUSINESS. I want to shop at a Chevron because I value the company but this is the store that is most convenient for me to get to. I often have to take my money elsewhere, like the Circle K, right across the street. The employees there are polite most of the time, but I prefer Chevron, over the past 42 years they have won me over as a customer, but this store is about to ruin that.The doors are constantly locked, if you wait outside, quietly and patiently the employees actually get angry and rude with you. NONE of them belong in customer service. They often overcharge. All of them lack training, including the manager. Half of them don’t even speak in a way that you can understand them. They never thank you for giving them your hard earned money or time. They never apologize for not honoring their own sals signs or the prices advertised in the Extra Mile App. The store is dirty and poorly merchandised. The parking lot is always filthy. The employees ignore you while you shop and talk about you badly in Spanish. It’s a tiny store. I can clearly hear them saying rude things about me and laughing about it. This store is nothing like a Chevron. HELP

They have a car wash that you can drive through which is really convenient it's pretty affordable. The only thing that was kind of unfortunate is I have a disability as far as walking and being able to stand up straight and it would have been nice if somebody could have helped me put the gas in but then again I didn't ask because it looked like they only have one guy who's working in the store Part so I don't know if anybody could have even come out to help me.

Worst Customer service ever. I worked in customer service my whole life. I worked hard and became a GM. I like Chevron as a company. I have come to expect great things. Excellent service excellent gas and so on. I am now disabled and the most convenient Chevron is the absolute worst one I have EVER experienced. The doors are constantly locked and if you wait outside, quietly and patiently, The employees get angry and rude. None of the employees at this store belong in customer service. Not even the manager. She awful, and you can't understand her when she speaks english. They often have huge signs advertising sales and when you go in to purchase the price is double. They refuse to honor their own signs or even price tags. They don't honor the prices advertised in the awesome Extra Mile App either. The store and parking lot are always filthy. The employees are all rude. This store is NOTHING like a Chevron at all. It's very sad. I can't always drive further, so I am often forced to go to Circle K across the street. I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly by people I am giving my hard earned cash to. The midget is the absolute worst. You can't understand him when he speaks. He rude as hell. Never thanks you for your business, not even when filling up and spending over $100 in that awful store. I can't even understand the price he tells me to pay. I shop here a lot and have given them a lot of money. CHEVRON YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE BEFORE YOU LOSE MY BUSINESS. This is not what anyone has come to expect from you. This the absolute worst gas station in town. In fact it's the worst gas station I have ever been to. I am not a Karen. I am calm, nice and polite to almost everyone I meet. I rarely make a stink. I rarely complain. I can't hold this in any longer. I have never shopped anywhere that treated me this badly. All of the employees lack training and NONE of them belong in customer service to begin with. You can't even understand half of them when they speak. They don't even look like they know how to get ready to go to work. Absolutely awful. Nothing like a Chevron. Often closed, when they are supposed to be open 24 hours. The employees are often alone and have to lock up for their whole lunch break, then they post a sign in the window stating when they will be open again. They never are tho. It will be 20 minutes after the sign posted said they would reopen and they are still closed. I would feel sorry for the employees not getting breaks if they weren't all so rude all the time. I know some people have bad days and am very forgiving. But this is every day. I wish i wasn't disabled so I could get the job and fix this store. I would fire everyone. Hire all new people. Clean it up properly. Re-merchandise the whole store. I would have to pass out coupons stating that the store was finally under new management and apologize for the extreme short comings. My coupons would actually state I am truly sorry for your poor experience at this store, here is a discount or free item, please allow me to win back your valued business. It's that bad. It would probably take me a year to recover the store and win people back. It's a great location, Chevron is a great company, they have great gas and usually great employees. I can no longer work like I used to, or I absolutely would. I like this store and want it to be nice like a Chevron should be. Absolute WORST CHEVRON EVER. Worst customer service ever. I REALLY hope they fix it soon before they lose me forever.

Worst gas station in Southern California. Filipino ran businesses, and that's the poor type of service that they offer, too. Lazy workers, poor service WITH an attitude, and the doors are constantly locked. This place is run by uneducated business owners and/or representatives.

Don't pay with cash and if you do, make sure you get a receipt!!! Went inside with $100 bill, wanted $30 in gas and a pack of cigarettes. Got my change, but was not given a receipt. While my gas was pumping, I pulled out the change given back to me, it didn't seem like enough, but I hadn't been given a receipt so I wasn't sure. Got done pumping my gas and the pump asks if you would like a receipt, I said yet. After getting the receipt I was able to check and I was in fact shorted $5.00. I go back inside to let them know and the rudest older lady told me that if I was shorted $$ I shouldn't have let them know and not walked out and pumped my gas. I told her I had no idea since I was not handed a receipt and didn't get a receipt until I was done pumping gas. Then the guy who originally helped me chimes in and tells me my receipt wasn't my receipt, but the receipt for the customer before me. Now I'm really getting aggravated and show him the person before me left his receipt and mine was attached to that. They are still not trying to fix the situation. I then asked if I need to call the authorities to figure this out, since they were not willing to. At that time the rude lady tells me she will go check the camera. I said please do! She then checks and shoves $5 dollars at me. I then tell her she should try not to be so rude, since it was there error. At that point she tells me it was my fault since I didn't count my change, I then remind her I wasn't initally given a receipt! I was pissed, my gets were late getting to school. Both employees were so rude, I'll go to the gas station across the street from now on. I wonder how many other people they short $ to on a daily basis?

Went inside the store because the pump outside said see cashier about my card not working. The cashier named Marcos and some other lady named Evylen working there were really rude about me wanting to use the 1 off I had because of the app. I told them that I had $1.10 off outside wen it said to see cashier and they kept saying that I only had 5 cents off. They were really rude when I asked about getting the 1 off I had when I put in my number outside. Do not go to this gas station.

ALWAYS on break, restroom breaks, cleaning and poor attitudes. The WORST Chevron around. I've been there probably 10-15 times, and maybe 5 times the doors were unlocked and available for "service."

I wanted a car wash. Instead of parking at a pump I pulled up in front and ran in. The employee told me to move my car and instead of selling me the car wash I was expected to move my car and come back in. I moved my car 2 blocks down the street to the other car wash and saved myself $3. Thanks chevron.
