Any recent bad reviews of this place seem to be based on certain conditions that are out of the attendants control, don't listen to them. This station has great employees, and service is amazing. Go see the dude with the beard, top notch customer service.

So I was just at this gas station yesterday around 4:25pm and I only wanted $40. It took over 3 mins to put less than 2-1/2 gallons in and so i requested my money back and the attendant said he has reported this issue and that nothing has been done! So dont get gas here if you are in a hurry!

GETTING HERE: Located on Victoria Avenue in Ventura at the 101 freeway. The 101 N onramp is literally next door to the Chevron. REVIEW: This is a recently remodeled Chevron, which now has a Rocket. Fresh, clean, updated, fully-stocked shelves, too. It's a win. The (lone) employee working was pretty chill. Friendly and personable and he wasn't playing on his cell phone when I entered the store! This was the start of a great visit! I needed to use the restroom (which was clean as well! The door requires a code which the employee readily provided to me.) I paid for some water and lotto and was headed on my way. I would recommend this Chevron + Rocket, and don't forget to use the Upside app (link in my bio) as they are one of the ^few Chevrons who use the Upside. Gas prices (today) weren't over $5, thankfully but the Upside still helps and you can use it at this location. Thank you!

Chevron is always going to have pricey gas. I’d been to the food 4 less and chevron on Oxnard blvd and vineyard before coming here as a last ditch effort to put air in my tires (turns out, I think I wasn’t just putting enough time and strength into it). Marcos was really helpful and friendly after going back and forth from inside to back outside with my car, trying to put air back in after the air pump at the other chevron proved useless, and the automated air pump at food 4 less literally took the air out of my tires. Clean restrooms, clean interior, great service. Give Marcos a raise!!

What's with all these employees at 24h locations?! They're literally never open! The dude behind the counter always puts up a sign saying, "won't be open till 4am sorry for the inconvenience." Of course it's an inconvenience! We all see you buying things for yourself while you go to the back &enjoy some paid free time. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK OVERNIGHT DON'T GET A JOB AT 24h LOCATION!!!! Other people who actually work overnight need places like this to stay open! We rely on places like this so we can eat, drink and get gas all in one location! This is so frustrating! What a waste of time trying to guess when they're open!

Called to make sure they were open before 5am. Number dialed correctly, thrice verified, and the reminiscent "We're sorry. You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again." Yeah, I'm going to Shell.

Got gas and something inside then paid for air. The machine wasn't working correctly I set it to 40 but it was lowering my tire pressure on two different tires. I politely informed the cashier who immediately got so defensive i thought maybe that machine was her creation. She blamed my tires and yelled if more customers tell her then she'll call for service. Dang girl I didn't mean to upset you!

We visited this gas station yesterday with my husband. And we find it very convenient because the attendant was very accommodating. It was a great experience, because of that I'll make sure to visit this station whenever we run out of gas.

From last four or five years, Every other day I go to this gas station ( 2199 S Victoria Ave 93003 )today I went inside to buy something, your cashier Crystal was very rude and impolite ( she jumped and get the super lotto ticket from my hand )when I ask to talk to the manager she bend and show her batch with attitude said my name is Crystal, in a way " I don't care " and said manager is not here. I asked how can I talk to her, she mentioned some days of week you can call her ( without mention any phone no.)in cross street there is shell gas station , I prefer to go there becauseat least the employees over there are really polite and respect the customer.

06/21/2020 8:00 AM I paid at the pump using my bank debit card which I expected to pay $3.39 per gallon on a 91 grade. The price however showed $3.49. Went inside the store and explained to the gentleman behind the counter. He then called another person (who was not the manager) and tried to figure out the issue. He then turned to me and said the price changed and they will need to change it (really???). I went back to the pump and for some reason it wouldn't pump gas, went back inside the store to ask if he somehow canceled the transactions, he said "he didn't do anything". Him and 2 other men were smirking like totally belittling me (at least that's how I felt at the time). I went back to the pump again and one of the men followed behind me and I showed what the pump said $3.49! He then said it will change to $3.39...again really??? I told him if I pump now, it will charge $3.49, he okay! Have a nice day! I said the same back to him and left without pumping gas into my car. This man (I believe he said his name was Roberto) will need to be reported along with the other men he was with in the store. I will be calling the Corporate Office and also send my complaint in writing. Be careful at this location and make sure you will be paying the correct price.

Recently went in to buy a phone charger for my car. The cashier "Chris" gave me the wrong charger after I specifically asks for a USB-C. After I purchased it went to plug it in on my phone in the car and it turned out to be the wrong one. He refused to exchange the charger for the correct one and said "sorry, your out of luck. Try tomorrow when the manager is here." Mind you he was really rude about it. Well I hope 14.99 was worth the negative review CHRIS. Forgot to mention he didn't want to give me the corporate number. Easily solved with the help of Google. Very Bad Customer Experience. Stay away guys.
