Disappointed that I have to use the ATM to get money to tip the workers that actually clean the cars. They are the hard workers that deserve 5 starts. I feel bad having to tell Francisco I don’t have cash because I don’t use ATMs and the front store refuses to let me buy something to get cash back. This is SAD and shouldn’t be forced on customers. Give your hard workers a raise and hire more like Francisco! Thank you Francisco for an Awesome job!

This is about rude staff customer service. 3/1/2023 5:30 PM. Went to get just $5 on pump 9. Went in to pay cash. Gave employee (young, long black hair, hispanic, beard) a 20 dollar bill. He scoots over to the other register and starts counting. Throws $15 in SINGLES down. I asked, is there any way I could not get so many ones? Without hesitation he says, hey.. it makes it easier to count our the drawer. I said I dont want one inch of dollar bills in my wallet. And I'm not your bank to deposit your small bills to. He then grabs the ones back, gets a 10 and a 5 and tosses it at me. I asked what his name was. He did not answer. They should really have name badges to thank them or in this case, remember them.Its gas. I can go down the street for the exact same 'product' and same price without having unpleasant unprofessional staff doing ridicules things. So I guess I will head on down to Shell nextime. I DO think Chevron Corp. would care.

You get a caressing discount if you pay at the pump. Unfortunately they TAKE your gas receipt when you go to get the car wash. Pretty sure that's illegal. The only workaround is to go inside, wait on line, and get a second receipt. Ridiculous!

I went here to get my car waxed and it was a $69 special wax job when I got there the manager told me they only had a $200 special when clearly I'm waiting for my car to get done I see posted a $69 special managers don't even know the prices And I didn't get a fragrance they didn't ask me what fragrance wanted even though I did tell them what fragrance I wanted so disappointing for the money that you spend

Twice in the past couple of weeks I drive in between 8:30 - 9:00 pm and it is closed. Either they are closing early or the times are incorrect.
